I proudly own a 2010 Acura MDX purchased from Greg Pew at Continental Acura. This is a amazing vehicle !! I am very pleased with Chris Papo as my service manager. I just wanted to finally give Continental Acura a great...

I just wanted to finally give Continental Acura a great review for all the help I received last week. A family health issue happened in my family. Unfortunately while at the hospital I heard a loud groan from my 06 TL. I called in on Monday morn to set up a appointment. Shirley as always was helpful. I left a voice mail for Maria who schedules appointments. She promptly returned my call and understood my situation and set up a appointment with a loaner since I still needed to go back and forth to the hospital where my father in law was in ICU. John in service helped get the car in. I was then called very soon by Chris Papo. Who verified my car has a TSB and there would be no charge. Thanks to all involved in helping with my car. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I have both my Acura's serviced here for the past 10 years and will continue to do so. Thank You!

I have bought 3 Acura TLs from this dealer and I have always received a good price, a fair trade and an excellent purchasing process. The service department is the best I have experienced with over 48 years of driving experience. They are extremely courteous, always complete work on time, at the estimated price and with excellent quality. They are even competitive with purchases, such as tires. The detail department is the best ( I even take my BMW there to be detailed ). The Assistant Service Manager, Chris Papo, always provides excellent advice, goes the extra mile to take care of me and my car. I feel he takes pride is his work and truly takes an interest in me. On a rating scale of 1 to 5, this dealership is a 6 !

Having spent a great deal of my career in sales, buying a...

Having spent a great deal of my career in sales, buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do because most people who sell cars are only interested in selling a car; and therefore will say about anything to get you to buy. This was not the case with Tom Trulis or Continental. I visited the dealership several times before actually sitting down to purchase and never got the sales spin or pressure to buy; they allowed me to go through the process at my pace. In fact, there was 6 weeks or so between my 1st and 2nd visit yet Tom recognized me and expressed interest in helping me make an informed decision (was Acura the right car, buy used or new, etc.). Tom is a genuine guy and I appreciated his open communication. Even when I came in without an appointment he would let me know if he was tied up with a customer, how long he was going to be and would check in and give me an update on his availability; but still committed to the client he was already engaged in serving. Overall, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend Continental (engaged several others through the buying process and all were very engaging and a positive interaction) and I would very highly recommend Tom Trulis.
