Having spent a great deal of my career in sales, buying a...

Having spent a great deal of my career in sales, buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do because most people who sell cars are only interested in selling a car; and therefore will say about anything to get you to buy. This was not the case with Tom Trulis or Continental. I visited the dealership several times before actually sitting down to purchase and never got the sales spin or pressure to buy; they allowed me to go through the process at my pace. In fact, there was 6 weeks or so between my 1st and 2nd visit yet Tom recognized me and expressed interest in helping me make an informed decision (was Acura the right car, buy used or new, etc.). Tom is a genuine guy and I appreciated his open communication. Even when I came in without an appointment he would let me know if he was tied up with a customer, how long he was going to be and would check in and give me an update on his availability; but still committed to the client he was already engaged in serving. Overall, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend Continental (engaged several others through the buying process and all were very engaging and a positive interaction) and I would very highly recommend Tom Trulis.

I was on E-bay a while ago shopping for a used car that I had in mind and saw one listed by Ken Keacher, the used car sales manager. I drove to Continental Acura to look at the car and talked to Tony Garcia about it.Tony was knowledgeable, very professional and answered all of my questions to the best of his Knowledge.I asked Tony for his best price and I made a counter offer and said I wanted to think about it and left without any sales pressure or hassles.I called a few days later to talk to Tony and it was his day off. I talked to Ken and told him I wanted the car and we solidified the deal, and that I would pick it up the next day when Tony was in. It was a pleasant car buying experience to talk with Ken and Tony to finish the deal. A highly recommended dealership.

I usually don't write reviews, but his service was outstanding. Kevin made my car buying experience fun, from the test track to showing me how all the technology on my new Acura MDX works. The best part was how extremely transparent he was with all the numbers. I would highly recommend Kevin and Continental Acura of Naperville. I will be definitely going back for service.

Having leased or owned a Vigor, 2 TL's and 2 MDX's, I had taken a 4 year hiatus and driven another luxury vehicle for the past 4 years. Am so glad I returned back to the "Acura family"! Just bought a 2014 MDX from Continental Acura. I really hated going through the whole car buying process, until now. We dealt with Greg Pew, and he was excellent! No pressure at all, & a super nice guy. We've only had our SUV a little over a week, & we love it!!!

Very friendly service. Great rates including the offers for maintenance packages. Took care of every thing right from Costco pricing to the car on road. I would recommend this dealer to everyone who are interested in Acura for sure.

I have been driving Acura's for many years they r by far my favorite most dependable car I have ever owned. So I decided that I wanted to get a used mdx. I worked with ken, Abe and Jerry !!! These people at acura really express the whole meaning of customer service. I was very pleased by everybody who has helped me. I knew the type of car i wanted and how much i wanted to spend and without a question they had the same car that just came in off of a trade in , i mean this car was even the color that i wanted too! Tony was my sales guy but i have also met some of his wonderful coworkers while i was there and they made me feel right at home and special (Josh Bruhn, Rodney, Also the used car sales manager Ken ) I always recomend Continetal Acura to anybody who is in the market for new or used car.

We came to Naperville, IL from near Cedar Rapids to see and test drive an MDX Acura. The dealership in Naperville was the nicest place to buy a car! Everyone was so nice to us. The test drive area was the first one I have ever experienced and was great to test drive the car. We will definitely recommend your dealership to anyone who wants an Acura.
