To begin this I must be honest and say that I have never...

To begin this I must be honest and say that I have never written a review before, be it a positive or negative one. With that being said, I on the other hand will make it the first thing I read when making a major purchase. So why are you wondering, am I doing this now? Simply because of the excellent experience, and overall satisfaction I had encountered at this Acura. When you come upon service and a staff like this, you need to share this with others, and that is what I intend on doing. From the moment we walked in Ken Keacher was there to greet us with a smile and a warm hello. Tony Garcia was the salesman who knew just what we needed and saw to it that we were satisfied and happy with our vehicle. He is a very comfortable kind of friendly, and highly knowledgeable. I have, and will continue to drop his name to others. Then there is Jerry Burton who carefully explains all the paperwork that needs to be signed, he is helpful and well organized. I am not one for having a knowledge of any of this Navigation or Bluetooth that now comes on vehicles, so when Josh Bruhn came along to help explain and show me how to work these I was not overwhelmed but left with a feeling of confidence that I could actually do this on my own. He has a pleasant and great sense of humor that eases you immediately....and he also made it very clear that I could return anytime with question and he would be more than happy to help. And then we have Rodney the mechanic who is just a pleasure to know, you can see immediately how he takes great pride in his work and taking care of these vehicles that happen to find their way to him. He wants to make sure you know and how to take care of your vehicle in the proper way. I hope you can see why I just had to share this, It's not to often you find a place that has such a wonderful staff in all departments. This is my second purchase from them, and I assure you it will not be my last.

The dealership atmosphere was relaxed and non-pressured. Working with Josh Bruhn was a pleasure from the test drive to working with us to get the best price for the new Acura TSX and a fair trade-in value for our old car. Financing thru Jerry Burton was quick and efficient and everything was explained to our satisfaction. Josh made sure all avenues of prep and detail on the new car were perfect. He covered and explained all the controls and the operation of the new car to us. Was also impressed with the service department and the staff. All in all, the best new car buying experience I ever had.

I have been buying cars from Greg Pew for over 8 years and have always been more than pleased. Greg and Sharon make the entire experience flawless, from start to finish. Greg's honesty and professionalism are next to none and I would never buy a car from anyone else. In all the years of buying new and used cars, I have...

In all the years of buying new and used cars, I have never had an experience as pleasant as the one at Continental Acura, Naperville and dealing with Josh Bruhn. Talk about low pressure, take your time, any questions, feel free to ask, we will do our best to accommodate you. It took us about 2 months to finally come to a decision as we were looking at both the 2013 and new 2014 MDXs and we wanted to wait to see the new 2014 before we made a decision. Josh could not have been more patient with us and kept us fully informed as he got information on the 2014. We finally did go with the 2013 and when we went to pick up the MDX Josh spent better than 2 hours with us going over the operation of the vehicle. Very low sales pressure, knew when to leave us alone to look at the vehicle and discuss the purchase, yet was always available to answer questions when we had them, absolutely none of the typical hard sell at many dealerships. We were able to feel relaxed and make an intelligent decision without any pressure. We would highly recommend this dealership and salesman Josh Bruhn!!

I was actually not under any pressure in purchasing a vehicle but my colleague had mentioned that, " if you want to take a look at a car you have to go to my guy Tony." My dream luxury car purchase became a reality. Tony Garcia was extremely courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made sure that I felt absolutely comfortable in making my decision on which car to purchase. I was very pleased with the service at the dealership and Jerry Burton was very patient with me as well. He explained the pros and cons on which coverage was best for me and I took both Tony and Jerry's advise when I purchased the insurance on my car. They are wonderful employees and I was very satisfied. I have already recommended Continental Acura of Naperville to a couple of my friends and I'm sure they will not be disappointed. Excellent service!!
