We visited the dealership to see and test drive the new RDX. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and helpful pointing out the car's features. After the test drive, I knew I want a RDX, but could not decide on the color. Tony and Harry seemed genuinely concerned that I be happy with my choice. Although it was Tony's day off, he was there when I came back the next day during my lunch break to see the cars in the daylight. Jerry found us a competitive interest rate and we were able to complete most of the paperwork over the phone or online. When we came to pickup our new car, Harry made it a point of showing us where to go for our free car wash. Tony did a thorough and excellent job of demonstrating the features on the car. I would highly recommend this dealership. Everyone we met treated us in a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, an professional manner.

I had a great buying experince with Josh, Jerry, and Greg. They all very professional and helpful with my buying decision. After my car arrived they quickly admiistered the paper work and demonstrations of the car features. Greg did a great job in explaining car features and answered all our questions. Jerry handle the fincaning and was very helpful and made the process easy. Greg and Josh are very conscientious. They respond to email or phone calls immediately. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and professional sales person.

I do not drive an Acura, nor did I purchase my car from...
I do not drive an Acura, nor did I purchase my car from Continental, but that was a non-factor to Continental Acura. The staff was ineffable, really so. Friendly and accommodating, Alexandria Matway from services was particularly kind, both on the phone and in person. Continental provided me with prompt service and demonstrated integrity in their work. They treated me as if I was a longtime customer. I most certainly am now.

I finally wanted to take time to sit down and give thanks...
I finally wanted to take time to sit down and give thanks to Neil Hoyle and Continental Acura. Thanksgiving week I was inquiring about cost for my 2002 MDX timing belt change, which I have always had serviced by Continental Acura. I knew this was a major maintenance visit, so I was a bit apprehensive. I did call around for price quotes. Even Continental Honda in Countryside. When I called Neil back and asked him. He told me of upcoming specials that would dramatically reduce the cost, he was very understanding of the cost of this major maintenance, especially with the upcoming Holidays. He kept me updated of the progress and let me know certain parts were not needed which further reduced cost. Though still a big bill Neil helped reduce the cost and that I really appreciate it. Alex Matway was the one who picked me up from my house, she was very cordial and informative when I told her of my MDX being serviced and how I was thinking about buying a new MDX, as we headed towards the dealership, she was pleasant. Thanks to all.

OK...I just purchased my "new" used RDX at...
OK...I just purchased my "new" used RDX at Continental Acura and am LOVING my new car (bye bye van - though you served me well!) I started my search for a new vehicle six months ago at Continental and Josh Bruhn was great about showing me around the dealership; he was nice, honest, patient, informative and intuitive about what I might like and need. He kept in touch over the past six months but never hounded me, just let me figure it all out. Needless to say, after having an unfavorable experience in another dealership, in the ninth hour I found myself back at Continental Acura working with Josh, Jerry and Harry. Thank you guys (...and thank you Matt, you were helpful too)! I truly appreciate all your effort, your honesty, your willingness to help me and work with me. AND I can't wait for my free car washes!! Josh deserves to go to Atlanta!! :)

Tom trulis and Jerry Burton are outstanding salesman. I came to Acura of Naperville looking for a used car. Not only did they make me feel welcome but they were also very helpful. Tom really knew what he was talking about and was very confident in what he was selling. He answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. He was the best salesman iv ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I walked out that day with a used 2005 Acura TSX. I also purchesed a 2 year warrenty from Jerry. He also made me feel very comfortable while sitting and talking with him about my options. I would highly recommend continental acura of naperville, and these two salesman. The service that they will provide for you will not let you down. Hands down the BEST dealership around the naperville area.

I purchased a 2012 Acura MDX on 10/30/2012 from Greg Pew. Greg is a very professional and knowledgeable salesperson/representative for Continental Acura. I had a great experience with all individuals in my purchase: Greg Pew, Sharon McDonald, and Jerry Burton. Greg assisted me in getting a great vehicle at a great price. Sharon showed my family around the dealership, as this was our first buying experience at Continental. I am very impressed with all individuals in my transaction and was treated great. Greg is the best car salesman I have dealt with in he last 30 years of car buying experiences and I recommend him with confidence. Greg is very straightforward and helpful. I am glad I had the chance to work with Greg on my first Acura purchase. Sharon is very friendly and helpful. Greg, Sharon and Jerry answered all of my questions. I was treated great. Copied and pasted from my review I posted on yelp: If a salesman in any business (but especially a car business) acts like they don't need, want, or have the time for your business, then they don't deserve your business. I thought that was common sense, until I met the sales manager and his team at continental acura, and wondered, "why are these people still employed?" I was in the market to purchase my third mdx and was debating a lease. I did my research but still had plenty of questions. None of which were answered in a "very knowledgable and hard working" way. I was told "I don't know" multiple times and was expected to be okay with that answer. No "let me check on that for you" or "I can find out though." It was disappointing to say the least. Especially, since I've been a customer to them before. It seemed as if they didn't want to bother with me because I wasn't going to stand for their predictable and repetitive car sales pitches. Harry Nesbitt, the sales manager, told me I knew more than most customers and it was obvious I did my research, and yet was completely disinterested in making a sale. The first time I was in, he gave me a rough number, which I was less than satisfied with. The second time, I returned and deducted $3000.00 worth of accessories and received the same figure. What a waste of time this place was. If you're in the market for a great car, do yourselves a favor and go the extra few miles to see Lonnie and John over at McGrath Acura....they'll take good care of you!
