Rocky start, to an overall pleasant experience.
I needed to get an oil change on my Chrysler, and was looking for a new dealership to take it to. We previously only dealt with Allstar in Denham, but our service writer recently left for another dealership that wasn't Dodge/Jeep. We tried a different service writer there but the experience left us looking for a new place. I had called the day prior, to try to make an appointment, but I couldn't reach a service writer. Browsing the website, I saw it had a link to make an appointment online, which was awesome! I did so for 9am the next morning, to avoid morning rush hour. Arriving there, I was told that the service department did not take appointments, and operated on a first come, first serve system. It was a rocky start to say the least. After the revelation however, things went nicely. Mr. Crowder was very pleasant, and took care of my oil change and tire rotation. The wait wasn't too long, considering I didn't have an appointment after all. The waiting area is nice, and comfortable. The staff was all nice to talk to. I think perhaps we have found our new place. We will soon bring in my wifes Grand Cherokee. We will also start our search here when we shop for my wife's next Jeep as she has decided she wants to upgrade her Grand Cherokee Limited, to a Summit.

Very efficient service given and reasonable What more can I say have been a customer at this dealership since Fall 2006. Dealership has been good in taking care of my 13 year old Nitro SLT

Good Experience
Buying experience was easy. I loved my salesman, Gus, and would recommend him to anyone. He was helpful and attentive without being overbearing. This was my first experience in dealing with Salsbury but so far, so good.

Service was Awesome
Well 3 months ago my husband of 27 years left me, and I don’t have a job. I needed my Jeep 2013 Jeep fixed and I only had a limited access on my credit card. This dealership helped me with speedy, helpful and fabulous service. They were honest and did not lie to me. Without this dealership, I would have been ripped off and being a single older female, I needed this awesome treatment. They even let me vent about my abandonment. My Jeep is brand new again.

Overall good buying experience
Majority of transaction was online. Mr. Dupuy, salesman was professional and courteous. I bought a used vehicle with 15K miles, I made the assumption that the tires would reflect normal wear, I failed to inspect carefully at the dealership but have since and tires need to be replaced. Lesson learned

Review of Salsbury's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM
The address has changed, they have a New Facility a little further South down Airline Highway. I've always uses Salisbury for my Service Work on my truck...Joe and the Service Department have always taken care of everything I've ever needed for my truck.

Worse experience I have had at this location!!
I have decided to write a letter to the General Manager about my experience with Roger and why I will not be coming back to this location for any additional services and especially to purchase my next vehicle which I was looking at a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee after the way he handled a service situation!!!

Excellent Service and Price
Brought in my '14 2500 to have my transmission and rear end serviced. Dawn was very professional in asking question about why I was bringing my truck in and explaining recalls I had on the truck. Their price for all parts and labor where also cheaper than a local diesel shop down the road.
