Good Experience

Buying experience was easy. I loved my salesman, Gus, and would recommend him to anyone. He was helpful and attentive without being overbearing. This was my first experience in dealing with Salsbury but so far, so good.

Service was Awesome

Well 3 months ago my husband of 27 years left me, and I don’t have a job. I needed my Jeep 2013 Jeep fixed and I only had a limited access on my credit card. This dealership helped me with speedy, helpful and fabulous service. They were honest and did not lie to me. Without this dealership, I would have been ripped off and being a single older female, I needed this awesome treatment. They even let me vent about my abandonment. My Jeep is brand new again.

Overall good buying experience

Majority of transaction was online. Mr. Dupuy, salesman was professional and courteous. I bought a used vehicle with 15K miles, I made the assumption that the tires would reflect normal wear, I failed to inspect carefully at the dealership but have since and tires need to be replaced. Lesson learned

Review of Salsbury's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

The address has changed, they have a New Facility a little further South down Airline Highway. I've always uses Salisbury for my Service Work on my truck...Joe and the Service Department have always taken care of everything I've ever needed for my truck.

Excellent Service and Price

Brought in my '14 2500 to have my transmission and rear end serviced. Dawn was very professional in asking question about why I was bringing my truck in and explaining recalls I had on the truck. Their price for all parts and labor where also cheaper than a local diesel shop down the road.

Worse experience I have had at this location!!

I have decided to write a letter to the General Manager about my experience with Roger and why I will not be coming back to this location for any additional services and especially to purchase my next vehicle which I was looking at a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee after the way he handled a service situation!!!

Excellent buying experience!

Second vehicle I bought from Salsbury’s and second from Gus Berendson. He is extremely professional and is the reason I came back to the dealership!

Professional/Courteous Service

I have a 2008 PT Cruiser with low mileage that I purchased from out-of-state following the loss of another in the 2016 Flood. The maintenance service is fast, and any repairs that have been required have been well-explained in advance. All questions have been thoroughly and professionally answered. So far, I have not had a recurrence of any problems with any of the PT Cruisers I have owned over the years and had serviced. The regular maintenance along with inspections have provided confidence that my PTC is as safe and road-worthy as possible. The entire staff at Salsbury's is always courteous and respectful. Conversations are friendly. All areas are clean. The interior of the car is protected from work-related debris and stains, and the exterior is not harmed. I feel as though the state and condition of my car is valued by the staff. Roger Rivet has been my go-to service manager for years, dating back to when he was at AK Durnin and Brian Harris when those dealerships handled Chrysler automobiles. He always responds to my calls or texts quickly, and he always answers any questions I have.
