I went to speak with the service advisor Ms Kelsey. I told her what I need it done on my dodge challenger and she was very helpful and honest with getting the services I needed done in a great timely manner. no ethics do not trust does not honor appointments sold trust right under me drove 2 hours to get there after being told truck there salesman said we dont care about appointments

Online deals?
Definitely have many doubts about this dealership.I am not getting questions answered.It looks like they may not want to help me.In their defense they did sell first car I was looking at to hopefully work a deal.They are quickly moving to my short list of dealers not to deal with..As for as doing a deal over the internet and phone they seem like amateurs.

Do not waste your time calling !
I contacted the dealership around 8:30 in the morning, the person i spoke with took my information and told me someone would contact me, i called back around 11:45am and the person i spiked to said i see you information is in the computer, it’s being worked on someone will call you. Nothing could be possibly worked on because all i gave them was my name and phone number! I called back around 5 that afternoon i was told another story. Contact another dealership and my deal was done in about 2 hrs!!! These people are very unprofessional and liars!

FRAUD, No ethics
Attempted to purchase an advertised truck . Tried to make it as simple as possible, asked for the cash price via the supplied online form. got an immediate response(phone call) Woman took my information and told me I would receive a phone call with the price and the info on the down payment to hold the unit by the close of business the following day. No phone call, tried again this time with Sales, Valerie made the same statement, close of business that same day. Nothing, Tried to contact her on her cell# she provided again no answer. Amazing, 0 professionalism, 0 common curtesy not to mention Lying to a potential customer ready to spend 60k. good luck if you ever have an issue with something purchased at this dealership. once I find out what happened to the vin and construct the timeline of events the experience will be used for an article. Never know who your customer might be...........

A simple tune up gone bad!
I went in on a Friday to get a simple tune up done on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee and I received a call letting me know what was all wrong with my vehicle. I was told my spark plugs needed to be changed and the engine and cabin air filter needed to be changed so that is what I got serviced. An hour and a half later my car is smoking from under the hood like crazy so I brought my vehicle back to them the next morning. I explained my situation and was told that the radiator has a hole in it. Really? So I asked, well why didn't the diagnostic test reveal that? Of course I was told they don't know and it didn't happen because of them. So I asked well how did that happen but was told a rock may have hit the radiator. I call xxxxxxxx. Then these ppl charged me another 149.00 for another diagnostic test to get my car. Now anybody that works at that place would feel the same way I did, especially knowing that this smoking and radiator problem has never been a problem until they worked on my vehicle. Smh in disbelief! They then tell me it will be 936.00 to fix the problem. Not my money. Another mechanic welded that hole for 40.00 and my vehicle is running like before. I would not recommend them to anyone I know for the lack of compassion and understanding!
