Not like any other

Their Service Dept. was friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Everyone was at the top of their game. If you want top rated service on your vehicle, Salsbury’s Service Dept. is the place I highly recommend.

This visit was excellent.

A good service visit. Dropped truck off at 7:30 am and it was ready for 1:30pm. I had a few things done. That wasn't bad at all.

Prompt, courteous service.

Service Department was very knowledgeable and courteous with my service visit. They also advised me of potential problems to keep an eye on in the future. Very satisfied with the Serview Department.

Love my Pilot.

Friendly and experienced employees....

The employees at Salsbury are very customer oriented. I drove up to service center and my recall issues were handled right away. Dropped Jeep off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon..

1 HOUR OIL CHANGE IS TOO LONG

QUALITY SERVICE BUT A HOUR FOR AN OIL CHANGE IS TOO LONG! QUALITY SERVICE AND VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE BUT YOU NEED TO DO BETTER THAN AN HOUR FOR AN OIL CHANGE.
