Oil change and tire rotation

I think it was well done. Took about 1 1/2 hours, but we figured it would take a while. All service people and cashiers very polite.

Great service I got my tire patched up

Service center was prompt and friendly and got my vehicle serviced promptly didnt take to long and got my vehicle back out after about hour and 15 minutes

On time great service

Car was brought in on appointment and was serviced in an hour for oil change 20k check up and rotation Great service and friendly personnel

THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD !

Easiest car purchase I've made!

Had a pretty great experience here! Terry is a great salesman and did his absolute best to help me out! The finance team was awesome and worked with me! I will say this was by far the easiest car purchase I've made! Didnt feel pushed to do something and the process was smooth and fast! Hands down the best place I've purchased from yet!

Good price and no pressure.

Kenneth was great, he took care of us and even waited while I had to take my family to dinner while the paperwork was being typed up. The only issue was deciding on the red or green Jeep. I love the Jeep and can't say I have any regret buying it.

Great experience.

Came in today to trade my 2015 Chevy Volt for a 2017 Chevy Volt. Worked from beginning to end with Terry Belcher. Had a great experience. Felt like Terry kept me informed and even though the dealership was extremely busy today, I got personal attention and never felt like anything dragged on too long. Will definitely recommend this dealer.

Survey

Service experience was excellent. I went in for a oil change and I was in and out. My representative met me at my car and too my information. Afterwards I was asked was this my first time here and I replied with yes. I was given a tour of and offered water and or coffee. Overall excellent experience and will definitely be back. Thank you Jack for your awesome customer service.
