The staff was very focused on me the experience great

This is my fourth van i have bought at Salsbury . I know what i want and there is no pressure just an experience with ease. Gus and Dwayne were very helpful and knowledgeable. Frank was exceptional in making sure our needs were met.

2019 DODGE RAM BIG HORN

I saw the truck on the internet. Drove to dealership and immediately picked it out and was done in less than 2 hours. Good price for a good looking truck

Inspection sticker on new Jeep purchase

Showed up with new Jeep Cherokee that was purchased at closing time one evening. Came back next day to get inspection sticker. It was taken care of timely manner.

Jeep back on the Road

Jeep was towed in on a Saturday with transmission issues and ready by the end of day on Monday. Vehicle was repaired correctly and have since put several hundred miles on it and it is operating without issue! Great Job

Was in and out within 10 minutes, no wait.

Sales Team worked with me on pricing, waited patiently for check to be remitted to dealership. Arrived at the dealership during lunch, Gus was closing another sale, Mr LaPinto met me at the door, escorted me to the xxI Dept, was in and out within ten minutes. Second purchase there in two months, hoping for many more purchases there.

New Spray in Bedliner

Bought the first Gladiator at Salsbury's and added the spray in bedliner. Work quality was excellent and completed in a timely manner. Very pleased!

Memorial day sale

I feel as if my overall experience went very well. They had a lot of guest car shopping that day,but i still had a personable experience. My only "negative" comment would be about the condition my vehicle was turned over to me. The inside of the car hadn't been cleaned very well. The previous owner must had a pet because there was animal hair still all over the car.
