Service

My display was acting up, they quickly discovered the problem, updated the software and I had my jeep back within a short time. Very polite and friendly.

Very rude

Scott not friendly at all he made me feel like I was a bother I had to call yo see if my car was ready at 5pm Scott calls me and says yeah its ready I know they close at 6 but I thought they were calling me I get there and the guy that retrieves the car had an attitude because he thought I was coming late. I got there around 520 the close at 6 I did speak with Shelby and I was charged for something that may be under the warranty I will need to call and check

Like Family

I cannot thank these guys enough for what they have done for me. This dealership goes above and beyond for their customers - like family. They got me out of a jam with my old vehicle and into a 2019 Jeep at a price that I could afford. ANYTHING I have had questions about - there have been answers. My parents and I are both customers and will always be returning customers. Mr. Brian and Mr. Kim went out of their way to take care of the things I needed for my vehicle and I couldn't be happier. These two men were a pleasure to work with.

Oil Change

Got there at 7:15am & may have been the 10th customer in line. Decided to stay and wait for them to complete the oil change & the total time according to the invoice was 7:37a to 9:01a. It took them a bit longer than initially expected (about 45min-1hr), but not totally surprising with so many in front of me. The associates & CSR weren't rude but weren't really friendly either. I will try a different time or maybe it was just busy.

I bought a lemon!

I will never own a Ram vehicle again! In 8 months I bought my truck in 9 different times to be serviced. The cam bolt was broke on the left rear axle when I drove it off the lot. I had to bring it back two weeks later to be fixed. It seemed like every couple hundred miles the check engine light would come on. Kenny Broussard was my salesman. After the first couple of times I bought the truck in he stopped answering my phone calls or replying to my text. Joe Miller was great when I could get him on the phone. He was a tremendous help and always took care of me. However, he is completely overloaded and needs help with all the diesel vehicles. It took an act of congress to get a loaner vehicle or a rental whenever I had to put my truck in the shop to be serviced. The last time I bought my truck into the shop I decided it would be my last trip to the service department with this truck. I drove the truck off the lot directly to All Star Chevrolet and traded it in on a 2019 Z71 Silverado. My new truck is amazing! I will never own another RAM truck and I will certainly never purchase another vehicle from Salsbury's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM again! I will also warn everyone that I come in contact with that ask where my RAM 2500 truck is, that it was a complete piece of garbage and I will never own one again!

Car purchase

Salesman was very knowledgeable,friendly and courteous! My 9th are 10th vehicle from here ! Service manager is great when and if I need service! Overall great dealership top to bottom!
