$802.00 for $60 material cost and 1 hour to do myself. SAD

Brought in Wrangler because of ABS warning light, (Very common for wrangler type jeeps) was told that code for rear abs sensor issue was read. It would cost $802.00 for them to replace sensors. but no guaranty that it would resolve issue. $120 to tell me what their hand held code reader said. Kicker - I paid $55 for 2 rear abs sensors and replaced them within an hour. $802.00$ - is very inconsiderate of Salsbury's Service center for such a small job. Inconsiderate is putting it nicer than they wanted to put it to me as a Customer. Should be ASHAME of charging customers $800.00$ for something that is a reoccurring issue with JEEP vehicle's in which they know how little it takes to repair.

Management and our salesman worked very hard to satisfy us

Victor really knew the details about the vehicle and was kind and helpful with us. I would return to the dealership if Victor was the salesman.

Oil Change

Came in on 6-22-2019 for an Oil change. The service took around an hour like Jack said it would. I was able to enjoy the rest of my Saturday. Thanks.

Dawn Goes above and beyond.

Dawn has always been able to accommodate us even if we have last minute issues. She is the reason we keep coming back to Salisbury. As some one in customer service it, it is nice to see some one that puts forth effort to make sure the customer is pleased.

Easiest Car Purchase

I started my process online and Duke called within the hour. He was helpful, courteous just as excited as I was for my new purchase.

Very friendly, but main reason for repair not fixed

My check in experience was flawless. Everyone was very friendly, and it took less than 10 minutes before I was on my way. When I picked up my vehicle, I experienced the same friendly and quick service. I am frustrated because I took the vehicle in to fix 2 problems, and neither of those problems is fixed. It is a disruption for my family's whole day to take the minivan in to the shop 30 minutes away and have to get a ride to and from the dealership.

Very professional

My recent visit to Salisbury Chrysler Dodge was excellent I went to get a oil change and the staff was very professional and very polite. They made me feel real comfortable and truly showed me good customer service.

Terrible

Brought Jeep in because it would not start, was told it was an internal failure in the power distribution center. Dealership did not give out loaner vehicles bc apparently that is not something that they do. Had to wait 3 days because truck was delayed with the part needed. Picked vehicle up and 5 days later the same problem occurs. Absolutely ridiculous.
