Great Service

Dawn Roberts was excellent! The text messaging was very useful as well. The work was completed efficiently and well. Check-in and check-out was accomplished quickly.

Well organized operation, neat, clean.

My salesperson was easy to work with during the whole process. Would go to Duke again if I needed another car . He was truly engaged in the process.

i had pleasant experience

I was sent warranty update for 2012 srt8 jeep, micro fiber trim keep coming loose. they completed the review and ordered parts, told they would call as soon as parts arrive.

Excellence in customer service

I had a deal in less than an hour. No haggling, Duke was on point and met my needs without any red ink. It’s just that simple, even with challenges credit they got not done.

Easy and straightforward

Salsbury’s has always been the standard in the Baton Rouge area. I chose Salsbury Dodge because I worked there previously and the owner is by far one of my favorites.

Great Service every time

Very nice people, their express services are done very timely. I wouldn't take my vehicle any where else. Excellent customer service both in sales and the service department. Sent my aunt and uncle recently for a 2 new vehicles and hope my cousin will be going soon to purchase a new one as well from them. I have recommended the service department to them also for all their maintenance needs.
