great purchase

Bought a Sportage for the wife and a Sorento for myself. Everyone was respectful, knowledgeable and very courteous. Moe was our salesman and explained everything to us . Thank you Moe, Nick, Dan, Jess, Kelly, Lori, Sally, and Becka for everything. Finally a dealership that cares.

They Won Me Over from Burdick!!

I had purchased 6 kias from Burdick over the years. This time with all the issues They could not get me a car. My experience at Mathews was great. Not only did they get me into a new Sorrento Lease, they actually bought my old vehicle that was coming off lease and found me several thousand dollars to use for the new one. Very impressed with their operation and I highly recommend them

Never going back!

Went there looking to buy a new (expensive) car and asked to take one for a test drive. The salesman was very rude and acted like I had horns growing out of my head.He obviously said we couldn’t test drive it and told us that there was a 6 month wait to order one, which we already knew because we aren’t new to buying a car. Left there feeling like they weren’t interested in selling a car to us. First and last time they will ever see us. We’ll take our $50,000 and go elsewhere.

Best car buying experience.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Stress free, fast, very knowledgeable and informative. My sales rep was Jess. She was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Everything was done ( and done flawlessly) in just a few hours and I drove away with my new Sportage! All the numbers were presented in a honest and clear manner.

Incompetent

I was a long time customer before they took over. I would not take a free car from them! Totally incompetent, lies, false information, and absolutely no communication.

Long time customer at this dealership until Matthew's took over. Will never return there again. 100% incompetent dealership who passes the buck around with every excuse imaginable!! RUN to ANY other dealership besides this one. Seriously....they are a joke.

Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. Would not honor the Kia 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on a prior repair made at their dealership. Will never have my car serviced by them again, and definitely won't consider them when it comes time for me to buy another vehicle. Buyer beware!!!

Fast, friendly, reasonably priced service!

Chrissy in the Service Dept. was great! She was cheerful and listened to my needs. The service to my car was performed faster than expected and was reasonably priced.
