Horrible customer service. Would not honor the Kia 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on a prior repair made at their dealership. Will never have my car serviced by them again, and definitely won't consider them when it comes time for me to buy another vehicle. Buyer beware!!!

Fast, friendly, reasonably priced service!
Chrissy in the Service Dept. was great! She was cheerful and listened to my needs. The service to my car was performed faster than expected and was reasonably priced.

truth in dealing...
Rip off, Misleading liers. SAVE blah blah blah off MSRP. What a bunch of xxxxxxxx. MSRP means NOTHING... for no matter how much your telling people their saving off MSRP, its xxxxxxxx. Take $ 5000 grand off the out the door price why dont you ? Ohhhhh We cant do that. But.. we can give you 5 grand off MSRP.. Imagine that.. And leasing, the biggest bunch of garbage ever. Benifits NO ONE but the xxxxxxxx dealer...

Unprofessional
Total waste of time. Set an appointment to see a car they had listed. Salesperson called me back in the morning to confirm the time. We drove 90 minutes and were on time. We arrive to find that the salesperson is nowhere to be found and we are saddled with a guy with a bad cough and no clue about the car itself. Oh, and the car wasnt even there. Despite the fact that we set a time, told them we had a 90 minute drive and were on time...it had been taken out. It finally comes back...asked if they were writing a deal on it and were told no...well, you can see where this is going. We drove it, came back and the guy couldnt get the car back to the detail shop fast enough. Waste of 4 hours. Dont bother going out of you way for this place. Youre better off slamming your hand in a car door.
