this was the fourth time bringing my genesis in for a
this was the fourth time bringing my genesis in for a "problem"! second time for the same problem. about a year ago the slip differential actuator was replaced. last month the check engine light went on . it was for the same actuator that was replaces before! i had to leave my car overnight and was not able to get a loaner veh! this is UNACCEPTABLE! to inconvenience the customer like this is beyond imaginable! ive never heard of a dealership not having a loaner veh! or at least offer a rental? something! no apology no explanation! nothing! the attitude was like " ohh well, thats how it goes"! Ummmmm NO'! I have never owned a vehicle that experienced this many issues in less than three years ! i only have 13700 miles! im afraid of what is waiting for me nexr with this crap car! and most importantly, I do not ever want to deal with the service department again !!! within the next two weeks I will be selling my Genesis and never returning ever!!!!!!
