This is my second Lexus from Stolar Nick Guardango GM personally handled finding the car and shipping it to Florida after a car accident while I was on vacation I have always found Stolar a top notch dealership but they really went the distance

This time was good, told me to expect 2 hours and it was a little bit less than that. Last time was HORRIBLE, told me 3 hours and kept me waiting for 7 hours. Horrible wait, waste my whole day like I have no other plans. Thought there would be some compensation, but no. Told me that they’re gonna have a system upgrade for my car and “almost ready” every time I asked. Then had an issue that made the system stuck or whatever. Left the store when it was their closing time. No car wash in store because it was their closing time but gave me a complimentary car wash at another location. I was busy for the next few weeks, and didn’t realize that the car wash expires in a week… don’t understand why the expiration is so fast. The worst is that most employees are nice, so I don’t wanna be mean to them. But the 7 hour wait for a 15,000 mile maintenance with no compensation was crazy.
