Stoler Lexus

I couldn’t ask for a better experience with a car dealership than the one I had at Stoler Lexus in Farmingdale. I went to browse with my husband for a new “mom car”. Gabriella greeted us and was so welcoming and friendly. She also knew so much about the SUVS available since I do NOT want a mini van, but want a car spacious enough for my two babies under two. She walked us through all the cars that she felt fit our description. She understood our concerns about the safety and longevity of the car we had in mind. She was really knowledge and I could tell she wanted to help! If anyone is looking for a new car, I would recommend Stoler Lexus in Farmingdale and ask for Gabriella!!!

Stacey, my salesperson, was professional, patient, and pleasant to work with. The positivity stops there. I was given and told numbers for the value of my trade in, and given a Veteran's discount by manager, Ray. Those numbers changed and decreased when I sat with Craig in finance. I was given a Veteran's discount, like many other dealerships give. Unlike other dealers however, the discount ONLY applies---IF you utilize their, Lexus, financing. This information was not told to me up front or at all. Of course Lexus financing was the highest, and I did not finance with them, therefore losing the discount. I agreed to a trade-in value for my Honda Pilot, shown it on paper, and we shook on it, as a deal. Too bad that specific piece of paper disappeared, because the numbers shown to me at financing were not the same numbers that I shook on. Worse than that, they tried to act like I was confused, didn't know what I saw & shook on, and/or that the discussion and negotiation never occurred at all. Ray tried to show me "another way" to write it up to match the newer numbers versus what we agreed and shook upon. It doesn't matter how you write it up. Addition and subtraction are the basic foundation of math, it's not confusing. You just have to be honest and start off with the right and same numbers. I despise disingenuous and sheisty tactics. I was given a receipt for a check that is supposed to be issued and mailed to me by Lexus, according to Ray. We'll see if those words are the truth, will be honored, and the check is actually in the mail...... Lastly, driving home on the Southern State Parkway from picking up my NEW car from the dealership, my daughter noticed the gas light pop on. Thankfully, we were able to make it to the next exit and find a gas station in time. I was literally given a brand new vehicle off the lot with only 2 miles on it with less than a quarter tank of gas. I would work with Stacey again because I appreciated his calm, patient, and professional demeanor. However, I would not recommend nor choose to purchase a vehicle from Stoler Lexus again. Regarding the vehicle itself, so far I am happy with the RX 350. I was concerned with the 4 cylinder turbo engine compared to the V6's that I was accustomed to. However, it does have pep and provides a smooth and refined ride.

I have use Stoler Lexus service since 2022 and I am very satisfied with precise and concise way that they service my LS 500. Michel Reino is my service advisor,he is very patient and knowledgeable I always take his expertise and follow his advice about my Lexus. I also will recommend Stoler Lexus technicians and body shop. Michel Reino is very good at timing he know exactly how many hours customers will spend in dealership. This is my second LS Lexus and I have been using Lexus dealerships since 2015 . For me Stoler Lexus of Farmingdale is the best.
