We've been waiting now 6 weeks to repair and replace
We've been waiting now 6 weeks to repair and replace driver door. Every week we've been told waiting on a part. Last week we were called and told all parts in vehicle would be ready no later then Mid-day Monday 11/7. Monday evening we called still no work done on vehicle and now we still waiting on several parts with no known eta on them arriving. No one even thought enough to call us Friday when the car was supposedly pulled in to start repairs. No one even called us Monday when they knew repairs weren't started and we still needed to wait. Customer service here is not even in favor of the customer. The customer has to call. Go by and then be lied to multiple times. This isn't like a lawn more down. This is our daily vehicle that we need to make our on living to support our family. And all we get is sorry. Then when we asked to move it to somewhere else. They threatened us with $700 restock fee for parts. I ask what part if it's been 6 weeks.

Carl Thompson was a great salesman he made sure u got what you wanted made sure u was comfortable and work with u as for as down payment and after the sale contiune to call to check on you to make sure your ok and the car is doing well as week he was a great salesman go see him

Unprofessional and Dishonest
We worked a deal up at full asking price on a pre-owned Silverado and got a trade offer finalized. Left a deposit so I could pickup the truck up Monday as we could not cut a check in time to make it Friday (company purchase). Communicated through the weekend to make sure the deal was ready to, I had to reach out Monday only to find out the truck was sold anyway. They did not let me know. Sales person: Gabe Baker Manager: Kevin Clark F&I Manager: Tori Arrington Take your business elsewhere. Do not waste your time with this dealership, that in the age of e-commerce killing brick and mortar businesses, they STILL stick to shady practices and unprofessional behavior. I only wish you could give negative stars to account for the time that was wasted by employees at my facility trying to get this deal completed. ETA (08/01 @ 10:26am): I called the dealership today to try and speak to Matt Calavan (owner) or Chanel, their GSM. I was redirected to service, back to the operator, and then to a dead voicemail box. Leaving me to believe this is not the first time they have tried to hide or act with unprofessional behavior.

Never heard back regarding my request.
Never heard back regarding my request. Visiited their website and didn't see the vehicle. However, it's still showing up on Cars.com would be helpful if they would respond as to the status of the vehicle

Big shout out too the service department at Calavan. Jensen was very helpful with with diagnosis's with my truck. He was patient with my frustrations, an really tried too save me the most money as possible, the pin down the issues with my vehicle. I would recommend this dealership/service needs too everyone that needs any work done on your vehicle. I can’t thank y’all enough. Very pleased customer.

Everyone was very friendly and also got to work on making a deal. Because we used KBB and Carfax we all knew what the deal should look like. I had trouble getting a ride to the dealer until over 7 days past thr KBB estimate so they lowered the bid some. I thought that was unnecessary..
