Good experience spotless showroom

After we decided to lease a Ford Escape we were put into the customer lounge to wait to pay and deal with insurance company. The wait in the lounge was long however, Luis was nice enough to come over and check on us periodically. We had to go home and pick up our son and come back since it was getting late. The staff there were very nice, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciated that!

Great car buying experience

My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Edge from Stevens Ford. They were the only dealer on Long Island that had exactly what we wanted. Keith the sales person was great. He responded to my emails quickly. I had all the information about the car that I requested and the price was set (x-plan) before we set foot in the showroom. When we got there, the car was at the front door all ready to go for a test drive. Once we decided to take the car, it was detailed while we filled out the paperwork. We were in and out in two hours. Overall, it was a great car buying experience. Would definitely recommend this dealer to others. It's just too bad that we live too far away to use their service department.

Good service and clean and decorative facility

I was treated professionally and with curiously. However when vehicle purchased it was specified that I Edna was to make the purchase solely. with both of our financial info taken, at signing my spouse Warren "feels he was forced to be primary signature" . To date he is upset because he wants to purchase a truck in his own name in the near future!

It is always a pleasure to bring my vehicle in for service. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere while waiting. Vehicle is done in a reasonable amount of time.

Survey ratings

Bobby and Doug were great. My only complaints are the LED locked door indicator on the front passenger door does not illuminate, and the calendar advances to the next day 7 hours early.

Deceptive Salesman

Had the displeasure of trying to buy a New Ford Expedition Platinum from this dealership. After negotiating the price of a 2015 Ford Expedition Platinum and the trade in value of my 2012 Expedition the salesman, Tom Montalbano, gave me me an offer written on the back of his business card for a total price $34,493.12. My wife and I informed him we would think about it and come back after lunch. After returning we offered him $34,000 which he refused, we than asked him to split the difference and we would pay $34,250 to which he said he would speak to his manager. After coming back from speaking to his manager he comes back with a number of $35,600 over $1100 from his written offer. When we refused and began to walk away he became aggressive and started shouting and my wife and I stating "we are looking to steal a car" from them. My wife showed the manager the written numbers provided to us a few hours earlier and the only response we received from him was his asking his salesman to lower his voice and nodding us towards the door. The manner is which we were treated with two children accompanying us was not only unprofessional but rude. Stay away for this dealer for they will surely attempt to scam you.
