I cannot say enough wonderful words about John Fanuzzi. First and Foremost he IS an absolute Gentleman and Family Man. His desk is adorned with photos of his grandchildren and his Mustangs. He listened to us and has the patience of a Saint! Never even once did he try to sway us either way. I have "ok" credit not perfect. As a result, Ed (I hope that IS his name?) from the Finance Dept helped me every which way he could. He was VERY successful finding a bank to work with me as I sat there ready to give up! John was great in that he was determined to help me purchase my 2013 Edge no matter what. He found THE Crossover I so badly wanted and it IS a 2013. He viewed and reviewed the inventory to find my Edge. Not like other dealerships here on the Island that lure you in with some phony inventory they post online or in the newspaper. So when you do get there, they tell you they cannot guarantee their inventory is updated. NOT here!! John's professionalism and genuine kind personality was definitely what kept us there for for 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable about the Ford line of vehicles and even sat with us in the lot on the evening before we drove home. He thoroughly explained ALL of the details and extras that came with the Edge. Stop HERE first and ask for John Fanuzzi! You'll save yourself alot of time, anguish, and will be an EXTREMELY SATISFIED Ford customer! Oh, 1 thing? He kept offering us coffee, tea, soda, water, and virtually any thing we wanted? They had it. The Wantagh Ford water bottles he gave s were great!

This is my second time buying at Hasset and they are by far the most genuine and trustworthy dealership on Long Island. Craig Tsapelis was my sales specialist and he was extremely professional and easy to work with from beginning to end. He kept the process fun, which everyone knows buying a car can go from fun to horrible very quickly with the wrong sales associate, but Craig is the man and will make sure your happy by providing an amazing customer service experience. I love my new truck and I really appreciate all their help getting me into my new vehicle. This is our second experience dealing with Hassett and particulary John Fanuzzi. John was a gentleman and handled our needs with utmost professionalism. He worked with us to get us the best possible monthly price for our 2013 Lincoln MKZ. He sat with us before, during and after the sales to make sure we understood all thepoints we needed to know about our new car. He was very patient as he stayed after hours to explain exactly how this new model works and recommended we attend the class when it fits into our schedule. We have been Lincoln purchasers since 1990. We traveled 29 miles on recommendation to this dealership. As far as we are concerned Hassett and John Fanuzzi rank #1.

I worked with Thomas Cinelli via email and he was able to give me up front pricing and answered my questions fairly quickly. When I went to the dealership, Scott was able to go from where Thomas and I left over and finish the transaction. He was able to get the exact car I wanted and bring it to the dealership in a few hours notice. Delivery was extremely quick and Scott took the time to show me all of the details of the car. It was a fairly painless experience throughout and I would definitely recommend this dealership and these salespeople. No pressure or hassle. Thanks so much!

I have been leasing a Ford for several years with...
I have been leasing a Ford for several years with Hassett-Ford. With the economy the way it is, I was a little reluctant to get back into a new Lease with the same type of vehicle looking for something that was a little easier on the wallet, more economical with better gas mileage. After coming away from a Ford Edge, my biggest concern was being too low to the ground. I like being up high. Tim Coppola ran the numbers and gave me an assortment of options to think about... we did some comparisons and took test drives. It didn't help that I kept changing my mind. He was very patient. He then came up with an option that he thought I might like. I am now the proud owner (via lease) of a 2013 Ford Escape which is higher than a sedan, gets good gas mileage and has so many extras. Tim went above and beyond the call of duty for me.
