I contacted Devin by phone regarding a vehicle I'd seen on the website. She was able to get me a good deal on the car, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The financing part took a couple of days, and she was in contact with me the whole time keeping me informed. It was a pleasure working with her. I'll definitely recommend her to my friends. And I love my car.

Craig was wonderful as my salesman. He met me at Paul Conte Cadillac so I could drop off my previous lease. He took my plates off the Cadillac and drove me to his dealership. He gave me a check for my last Cadillac payment as he had promised when we were going over the deal. It was overall a very good experience.

i have a very pleasureable experience buying a new subaru wrx from devin from hasset subaru. super nice, attentive, friendly, not pushy at all, extremely helpful. would do business again.

Great experience, Mike Scannello was on top of everything. He explained everything so clearly and in people language not in sales man language. Very easy and stress free experience. Price was just what i was looking for. Highly recommened coming here and working with Mike!

John Fanuzzi is outstanding! He is Old School, with a...

John Fanuzzi is outstanding! He is Old School, with a great degree of care concern and attentiveness before during and after the Sale. Regrettably, his type are a dying breed. I am on my 4th Navigator lease. There were some problems with the 2013 Model, as well as with Lincoln's Bad Faith reading of Wear Care on my prior lease. Also, there are serious problems with customer service at the Lincoln Phone System- the Phonemail Jail is awful, and the treatment would be more appropriate for Yugo customers. John patiently helped me navigate the system and resolve all matters. If Lincoln is serious about improving its image, would do well to learn from seasoned veterans like John Fanuzzi. I commend him most highly.

It was a pleasure doing business with John Fanuzzi at Hassett. He was able to get me the car I wanted and explained everything perfectly on the day of pick up. I will recommend him to all my family and friends.

I cannot say enough wonderful words about John Fanuzzi....

I cannot say enough wonderful words about John Fanuzzi. First and Foremost he IS an absolute Gentleman and Family Man. His desk is adorned with photos of his grandchildren and his Mustangs. He listened to us and has the patience of a Saint! Never even once did he try to sway us either way. I have "ok" credit not perfect. As a result, Ed (I hope that IS his name?) from the Finance Dept helped me every which way he could. He was VERY successful finding a bank to work with me as I sat there ready to give up! John was great in that he was determined to help me purchase my 2013 Edge no matter what. He found THE Crossover I so badly wanted and it IS a 2013. He viewed and reviewed the inventory to find my Edge. Not like other dealerships here on the Island that lure you in with some phony inventory they post online or in the newspaper. So when you do get there, they tell you they cannot guarantee their inventory is updated. NOT here!! John's professionalism and genuine kind personality was definitely what kept us there for for 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable about the Ford line of vehicles and even sat with us in the lot on the evening before we drove home. He thoroughly explained ALL of the details and extras that came with the Edge. Stop HERE first and ask for John Fanuzzi! You'll save yourself alot of time, anguish, and will be an EXTREMELY SATISFIED Ford customer! Oh, 1 thing? He kept offering us coffee, tea, soda, water, and virtually any thing we wanted? They had it. The Wantagh Ford water bottles he gave s were great!

Tim was very helpful. He knows what he is talking about. He went through the car so I knew how to work all the special things in the car. He is also a very nice man.

This is my second time buying at Hasset and they are by...

This is my second time buying at Hasset and they are by far the most genuine and trustworthy dealership on Long Island. Craig Tsapelis was my sales specialist and he was extremely professional and easy to work with from beginning to end. He kept the process fun, which everyone knows buying a car can go from fun to horrible very quickly with the wrong sales associate, but Craig is the man and will make sure your happy by providing an amazing customer service experience. I love my new truck and I really appreciate all their help getting me into my new vehicle. The new Explorer is amazing and I would recommend this truck to anyone who likes comfort, class, & style all in one! Thank you once Again Craig and the rest of the team at Ford Hasset! Our experience in leasing our 2013 MKX was fantastic because of Tim Coppola.. Tim knew exactly what we wanted and made the process from start to finish stress free.. Tim is a true " no nonsense" professional and it's always a pleasure dealing with him ....I am sure we will be looking for Tim in 36 months when this lease is over....
