Poor sales

$500 down to test drive a car? Really? You are the first dealer to EVER request that. Took my business elsewhere and couldn't be happier. Don't pay to test drive a car, refundable or not, they'll have your money!!

i was recommended to this dealership by abusiness associate. i was introducessed to john fanuzzi, where i began the best sales experience i have ever had in leasing a car. john listened to my wants and suggested what he thought i should consider and was most professional he made the paperwork easy, and i felt no pressure at all. when the car was delivered on time and as promissed he spent all the time with me teaching me about all the bells and whistles on the car. i can't thank him enough. i would recommend and return to john and the dealership in a minute.

I went into Hassett Ford not knowing what to expect but...

I went into Hassett Ford not knowing what to expect but Tim Coppola made the experience of leasing a new Ford Escape a very pleasant one. Tim was honest, he answered all our questions and never pressured us into a new lease. When Hassett didn't have the exact car we wanted, Tim found it for us. I would recommend Tim to all our friends and when this lease is up, I will visit Tim again.

I have been leasing vehicles from Hassett Ford for the past ten years. My salesperson has been John Fanuzzi who has made the experience always a pleasure. John is the most professional sales person I have dealt with in my 35 years plus of purchasing vehicles. He brings years of product knowledge and offers the best value for my price range. My son who lives in Albany, comes down when his lease is over, to visit John and renew his lease. We have many choices when purchasing and leasing, and I have found that when a sales person is professional and honest like John Fanuzzi is, it makes everything else go so smooth. The Hassett team with John as my sales person will always get my repeat business. Keep up the good work Thanks Tom Stanton

After having an unpleasant experience at another Long...

After having an unpleasant experience at another Long Island Ford dealer I was not looking forward to dealing with another Ford dealership but we really wanted to buy the Fusion. I have bought many cars over the years and this was by far the most pleasant experience I ever had buying a car. Our salesman, Scott Rosenfeld was wonderful. He worked with us to get us the exact car we wanted, in the time frame we needed it, and at the price we budgeted for the purchase. There was no pressure from anyone we dealt with at the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I have been dealing with Hassett since 1992. This time...

I have been dealing with Hassett since 1992. This time around I dealt with by far the best salesman that I have ever dealt with.John Fanuzzi on a scale of 1 to 10 he is an 11+. A true gentleman, an honest and soft spoken professional. He took me under his wing and got me what I wanted and in the allotted time frame that was so much of importance to me. I truly believe that the mgt. of Hassett should initiate a support type group for their salesman and John should be the facilitator. The sales force or any sales force can learn much from this shining star. Mr. Fanuzzi, if you read this, you are most worthy of these words.

I met Tim Coppola when I first leased a car from him in...

I met Tim Coppola when I first leased a car from him in 2007. I am now on my third car and I am very happy with the way Tim and his team handle the transactions. He is friendly and know his job and has great concern for his customers. I will be a long time customer with Hassett because of Tim.

Hassett Lincoln is an excellent dealership. Everyone is professional from sales to the service area. This is the second Lincoln I leased from Hassett. My salesperson, Tim Coppola, takes a lot of time and explains all details. I met with Tim for the first lease and was happy to meet with him again. He is professional and courteous. I would certainly recommend Hassett and Tim Cappola to a friend or relative.
