This is our second experience dealing with Hassett and particulary John Fanuzzi. John was a gentleman and handled our needs with utmost professionalism. He worked with us to get us the best possible monthly price for our 2013 Lincoln MKZ. He sat with us before, during and after the sales to make sure we understood all thepoints we needed to know about our new car. He was very patient as he stayed after hours to explain exactly how this new model works and recommended we attend the class when it fits into our schedule. We have been Lincoln purchasers since 1990. We traveled 29 miles on recommendation to this dealership. As far as we are concerned Hassett and John Fanuzzi rank #1.

John Fanuzzi came highly recommended by a cousin. I wanted someone who i could trust and he exceeded my hopes. He was professional, courteous, friendly...but most importantly, helpful in listening to my needs. I worked with Thomas Cinelli via email and he was able to give me up front pricing and answered my questions fairly quickly. When I went to the dealership, Scott was able to go from where Thomas and I left over and finish the transaction. He was able to get the exact car I wanted and bring it to the dealership in a few hours notice. Delivery was extremely quick and Scott took the time to show me all of the details of the car. I have been leasing a Ford for several years with Hassett-Ford. With the economy the way it is, I was a little reluctant to get back into a new Lease with the same type of vehicle looking for something that was a little easier on the wallet, more economical with better gas mileage. After coming away from a Ford Edge, my biggest concern was being too low to the ground. I like being up high. Tim Coppola ran the numbers and gave me an assortment of options to think about... we did some comparisons and took test drives. It didn't help that I kept changing my mind. He was very patient. He then came up with an option that he thought I might like. I am now the proud owner (via lease) of a 2013 Ford Escape which is higher than a sedan, gets good gas mileage and has so many extras. Tim went above and beyond the call of duty for me.

John made looking for a new car a hassel free experience. There was no high pressure sales and he listened to my needs. He was very informative of the car and answered all my questions that I had. I would recommend him and the dealership for a new car purchase.

John Fanuzzi is easy to work with and is a gentleman. I recommend him if you do not want to deal with a pushy salesman, but one with class and knowledge.

$500 down to test drive a car? Really? You are the first dealer to EVER request that. Took my business elsewhere and couldn't be happier. Don't pay to test drive a car, refundable or not, they'll have your money!!

i was recommended to this dealership by abusiness associate. i was introducessed to john fanuzzi, where i began the best sales experience i have ever had in leasing a car. john listened to my wants and suggested what he thought i should consider and was most professional he made the paperwork easy, and i felt no pressure at all. when the car was delivered on time and as promissed he spent all the time with me teaching me about all the bells and whistles on the car. i can't thank him enough. i would recommend and return to john and the dealership in a minute.

I went into Hassett Ford not knowing what to expect but Tim Coppola made the experience of leasing a new Ford Escape a very pleasant one. Tim was honest, he answered all our questions and never pressured us into a new lease. When Hassett didn't have the exact car we wanted, Tim found it for us.
