The staff was very accommodating in getting me a loaner while they worked on my Ford Escape which had taken a few days to repair. After picking up the vehicle, unfortunately the engine light appeared and I had to bring back the truck to the service department. They took me right away and got me a rental in which they paid for. They found the problem,and my 2010Ford Escape was able to pass the NYS inspection.

Alex and Juliana were very helpful in making sure all my problems were fixed to my satisfaction. As always my 2911 Edge left the shop in better condition than before I brought it in. The shop crew were great.

From the start, the people up front were very accommodating, contacted us by phone to let know what was wrong, and give us a time frame for repair. Called us when it was ready, and pick was just as easy.

I dropped the car off for scheduled maintenance first thing in the morning. I was asked if I needed the car back at any specific time, which I did not. By early afternoon the car was ready. An attendant brought the car around for me, making it easy to exit the lot. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank You, as always, for your excellent service!!!!
