From the start, the people up front were very accommodating, contacted us by phone to let know what was wrong, and give us a time frame for repair. Called us when it was ready, and pick was just as easy.

Alex and Juliana were very helpful in making sure all my problems were fixed to my satisfaction. As always my 2911 Edge left the shop in better condition than before I brought it in. The shop crew were great.

I dropped the car off for scheduled maintenance first thing in the morning. I was asked if I needed the car back at any specific time, which I did not. By early afternoon the car was ready. An attendant brought the car around for me, making it easy to exit the lot. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank You, as always, for your excellent service!!!!

I brought my 2008 Lincoln Town Car in for service. The AC was malfunctioning. While my car was in the shop, I was given a complimentary Lincoln Loaner vehicle. My service representative (Juliana Milone) was very professional, personable, and kept me apprised of all updates. Also, I received a complimentary full service Lincoln car wash. I was completely satisfied with my experience dealing with the Hassett of Wantagh service team.
