Martin Nemer VW of Latham

I travel alot for work and was in the market for a new car. Chris at Nemer was a huge huge help in showing me the benefits of having a TDI engine. Great gas mileage and such a smooth ride. Highly recommend seeing him!!

This is my first VW. It took me 3 months to find a new vehicle. I drove through the lot at Martin Nemer and saw the Tiquan. I didn't test drive it because I wanted to see what was out there. I kept coming to the Tiquan. I decided to drive it and absolutely loved it. Not only the car but the entire experience. The people at Nemer are extremely friendly and not pushy at all. I just took my Tiquan in for a 50,000 service and as with every other 10,000 mile service appointment everything was great. I recently took my EOS in for my maintenance visit as well as two minor problems. They provided me w/a rental car and corrected the problems in a timely basis. They are always attentive to customer needs

Nemer does a very good job of focusing on the customer. My daughter's Beetle has been serviced here with continuous attention to her needs. I have always found them very responsive to questions/concerns.
