Very accommodating is making a service appointment, even on short notice. When I wait for routine work to be performed, I am in and out very fast and the work is done right the first time. When I have questions, they take the time to listen provide complete answers.

Absolutely the best sales/service experience. I had been looking for a new car for almost a year when I first went to Nemer, Josh was the salesman who first approached me, I explained what I was looking for and that I had already looked at several other makes of a "smallish" SUV but just didn't really like any of them. He showed me the 2011 Tiguan, I fell in love with it but honestly continued to look a bit more. Not one other vehicle compared ~ I just loved the Tiguan. So my husband and I came in to see Josh a few months after I had first looked. I was so surprised he remembered me .. my husband told him he was more than impressed with the way he treated/dealt with me when I came in. The pricing was so reasonable and the entire buying experience was so easy ~ that day we walked away with my new car!! Needless to say, Josh was great to deal with very knowledgeable and professional. I have since had my "baby" (It's blue ~ my daughters have named her the Indigo Crusader) for just over a year, she has been in for 2 oil changes and a blown fuse in the steering wheel. The Service team has been nothing but great!! The guys in Service have also been so patient with me and the several questions I have had regarding various features on my car ~ they make me feel like no question is ever a bother and certainly not a stupid thing to be asking. Everyone there is always very respectful, polite and so easy to deal with. Every time I have come in I have been met with "good morning" and when I leave, with "have a nice day" And on every one of those occasions Josh has made it a point to stop what he's doing and come over just to say hi...I also got a hand written Christmas card from Josh ~ little things go along way ~~ FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND !! ... an old home feeling
Visiting Nemer VW in Latham, NY feels like old home day. The smell of new cars in the showroom and fresh oil from the repair shop is just to be expected. The staff remembers the customers like old friends. Your money is well spent. Their coffee is good also!

I didn't end up purchasing a car here, but only because after weighing things out, my personal preference led me in another direction. However, their customer service and the part of the negotiation process that I experienced were good. I don't like a run around! I was upfront and so were they...the way it should be!

Although Nemer Volkswagon is large dealership, from the moment I walked in I didn't feel overwhelmed and insignificant. I was warmly welcomed by Bob who took an immediate interest in making sure I would be happy with the vehicle I selected to lease. Nemer has a great selection of Volkswagons to choose from and their prices are lower by comparison to other dealers in the region.

This was one of the easiest auto purchase I have ever made. Bob took the time to really listen to our needs and then found a car with just that. When I turned on the radio, it was already preset to the station of the car I had just traded in. A little thing for sure but it sure went a long way.
