Martin Nemer VW of Latham

The staff are accessible and friendly, and attentive. I get the impression that they are always trying hard to satisfy the customers, and make sure they have a positive experience. The delearship is attractive and clean, and well designed. I would also state that the experience seems consistent with the VW media and brand presentation.

Andy, in the service department, went out of his way to accommodate us on our service visits to Nemer Volkswagen. Our car was serviced properly, but the cost was always very high. The use of a car, while ours was being serviced, made our life much easier. Now that this service is no longer available to us, we find it very difficult to leave our car for the time needed to fix it. As a result, we have put off much needed repairs.

I was not impressed with the Customer service when I purchased my GTI from Nemer. I purchased the car in late November and the dealership refused to give me anything but Summer tires. I had specifically requested all season tires, I was told I had all season tires, and it was only when I got the car home and checked that I realized that I had been given summer tires. It is amazing that I did not manage to wreck the car.

The dealership had what I was looking for and was easy to work with. It would have been nice if there had been more color choices buy I am happy with the color I have. I have had no major issues with my vehicle to date. I had an overall enjoyable experience!

Overall had a good experince with the dealership only issue was when I tried to turn in my extended warrenty and it took almost 3 months to get the month back. But other then that I had a great salesman ended up buying two cars from in, he was just that good.

The service department at nemer was able to help me and my family through a difficult situation. They were able to diagnose the problem where other dealerships had no idea. They were Ble to arrange transportation for me while my ca was in service for long periods of time. They were also able to put me in touch with the appropriate people at vw o america to voice my concerns of there product and vet satisfaction. I recommend nemer to everyone! Thanks again nemer!

This is our second purchase from Nemer VW. The first was a used VW Beetle and most recently a new 2010 Jetta Sportwagen. Nemer VW has been the only dealerships in the area willing and able to work with us trying to get financed. Our experience both times have been wonderful. The sale was fast and straight forward. The customer service was pleasant, curtious, understand and ...fun. We would recommened Nemer VW to anyone.

The customer service was great whenever I have gone to Nemer VW. I had heard of Nemer VW from a friend who really appreciated their great customer service especially compared to other VW dealerships around the area. After being subject to terrible service from another dealership, I decided to give Nemer VW a try. The people there were great and they gave me a play by play before my car went into service and went through what happened when I received my car back. They were always sure to accommodate me whether or not I wanted to wait it out or grab a shuttle to go back home. The work done was always up to par however the price is a little more here than what I paid in Florida but that may be due to the taxes.

Josh was great. Tracy initiating contact with me via email was very helpful. The man who is helping me get approved is very nice as well. The only thing that clouded a perfect experience was my bad credit. I look forward to having my 2006 Rabbit serviced at this dealership in the future!

I was in the market for a new car and went to Nemer first. I test drove a couple of cars and asked a lot of questions about why I should buy a VW. I needed a car to fit my lifestyle; I wanted versatility, gas mileage, and pep. Chris Horn, my sales person, was very knowledgeable and steered me in the right direction-- the Jetta TDI sports wagon. He was professional, not stuffy or overly pushy, and patient. I went to other dealerships, drove other cars and spoke to different sales people. None of the other cars, or sales people, came close to convincing me to buy. I ultimately went back to Nemer and went for another test drive with Chris. I'm a hard customer, but I ended up buying a 2010 TDI. When I sat down with Mr. Howard to discuss financing, he too was knowledgeable, efficient, and accommodating, and had a nice way about him. He took time to explain the financing and didn't try to cut things short when I declined to take the extended warranty. Both employees are an asset to Nemer VW. I would buy from them again and recommend them to my friends and relatives and co-workers.
