We met with Mike Edwards who is just the nicest!

We met with Mike Edwards who is just the nicest! My wife and I were so impressed with Mike & even with meeting Jason the General Manager. While we didn’t end up leasing a Mini (interest rates are too high right now in 2024 and that made the monthly lease payment too expensive) and they would not negotiate off MSRP at all on the vehicle we wanted (their prerogative, but that’s why I dinged them one star) even so the experience was awesome. I look forward to one day getting that Countryman! Automatic marketing response asked me to call the gm. That they want to make it up to me. I called. 😂 Again, auto marketing response. Not real.

The customer service at this mini dealer is pretty

The customer service at this mini dealer is pretty awesome. I built a new mini and it arrived the week before the Key Bridge fell. Jason the GM and Justin my salesman helped me navigate the whole process and I will ever be grateful for my new mini. I am originally from Maryland but reside in Ohio now. The customer service shown to me is not exclusive, so try them the next time. I also have experience with Wayne in service, I had a family emergency and hit a piece of road debris coming off an exit in Rosedale. He had my mini up and ready to go in a very timely manner. And yes I drove 6 hours for my new mini because customer service matters…

Best dealership experience ever.

Best dealership experience ever. Ordered my mini online and wasn't until pick-up/delivery that I stepped foot in the dealership. Smooth transaction from start to finish with excellent communication and responsiveness. My salesperson - Mike Edwards - was absolutely the best. So happy to be back in a mini!!

Bubbe

I had a rental car because my mini countryman was totaled I was told by enterprise and by your dealership that when I pick up my new car leave the rental with key at the dealership and they would ave the towson office pick it up. This was over two weeks ago, and two days ago enterprise called me looking for the car?? Not great customer service

My experience with Mini Cooper of Towson was the best

My experience with Mini Cooper of Towson was the best I've ever had with a dealership. The service Writer working with me (Wayne) was very helpful and patient with me while trying to figure out the repairs for my 2016. They kept me up to date regularly, helped with the warranty company for the repairs and had my car done quickly and our countryman is running better than ever. The dealership, Wayne and the technician went more than above and beyond to take care of my family and I our countryman. We appreciate everything they've done for us.

Always great service at Mini of Towson

I purchased my 2013 Mini new from Mini of Towson when they were still Mini of Baltimore in Owings Mills. I've never taken my car anywhere else for service in all the years I've owned it, nor will I. I know I can trust Wayne and the others at Mini of Towson to make sound recommendations for service. The prices are fair and I always leave feeling confident that my car has received quality service.
