BMW Mini Towson gave horrible service.

BMW Mini Towson gave horrible service. They refused to fix the problems that they caused or rectify the fact that they had me pay for services that never fixed the problem. Wayne in service was extremely rude and unprofessional along with Jason who was suppose to be in charge he was rude, unprofessional and a poor representation of BMW as a leader of the company you would expect him to lead with a certain level of professionalism. He only reached out because I have a poor rating review before so you’d think he’d go out of his way to turn what was already a negative into a positive but he definitely didn’t do that. I wouldn’t take a free car from them that’s how horrible the service was. It’s such a disservice to be lead to believe that the only way you can get help is to sue a company that should have helped you.

Mini of Towson, from start to finish was professional ,

Mini of Towson, from start to finish was professional , well coordinated service, with little or no effort to the customer. Serice reminder, on-line appointment, courtesy car arranged. In 15 minutes, I was driving away, while my car was being serviced. Finished on-time, with an E-mail from the mechanic, recorded walk around my car explaining the service received, and future services needed. Total Care!

MINI of Towson Customer Service

I took my Mini Cooper to Mini of Towson for service and had a wonderful experience. Communication was excellent. Allen was super helpful- he was pleasant and he explained what to expect, and he did his best to get me any deals that were available to me. As per usual I received a video via text explaining an overall assessment and plan for my vehicle. Allen made it easy for me to pick up my vehicle after hours, and I was pleased with all of the maintenance performed.

We’d had a car problem while out of town.

We’d had a car problem while out of town. We took a chance by going to the service department on Saturday without an appointment. They took care of us immediately & even arranged a loaner. I can’t make enough positive comments the exceptional service at this dealership.
