this was my very first mini service since my 2023 cooper

this was my very first mini service since my 2023 cooper S purchase 11 months ago. everything was great - multi point inspection; tires, brakes and battery check; engine oil change; a telematics update; and a really nice car clean. Wayne from the service team took great care of the performance appointment and everything went fairly quick. and, Matt the maintenance guy sent a cool video and said he was really happy with how everything looked. looking forward to working with mini of towson again! 5-stars

Allen is the best!!

My mini required repairs that involved parts coming from overseas. Alan put me in a very nice lender car while my car underwent repairs. I bought my first mini in 2017 and would recommend the car and the dealership and the service department with 10 stars!

A part needed to be replaced and it was under warranty.

A part needed to be replaced and it was under warranty. I brought the car in first thing in the morning and it was ready by mid morning. I am driving it back. They performed very well.

Allen provided outstanding customer service!!! People like Allen is the reason that customers become loyal customers. He took his time to explain the service that was being provided and it made be feel comfortable. His disposition was very caring. Without a doubt I will take my car back to Mini of Towson to be serviced!

The entire experience was top notch.

The entire experience was top notch. The family and I were looking for a 2nd car and decided on a Mini. We found one online and headed to MINI of Towson to check it out. It was a Saturday and they were very busy, but we were still treated like welcome guests. We worked with Imogen Wright and she was a real treat. Full of positive energy and was able to answer our questions and address our concerns. She let us test drive the car we came to look at and gave us zero pressure to purchase. The car itself was great, but it had been getting worked on in the garage so it was pretty dirty and had a few stickers from the shop on it. We told her we had a few appointments and would come back Monday. When we arrived, the car was in the showroom looking like it just rolled off the assembly line! The purchase was a relative breeze and we rolled out of there with a slick little whip complete with new plates, no trip to the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration required!

Amazing!!

I have worked with Allen a couple of times now from the service department, and each time he has made it very easy for me to get my car fixed but also went above and beyond! Update: Went in to get my car serviced and once again Allen blew it out of the water. Always makes it such an easy task for me to get my car fixed!
