Friendly and Informative Staff. My wife and I have going to this dealer for years and we've always had positive interaction , Every thing explained in detail for service and what i needed. Took all my discounts i had as well

Previous service was performed 7 months ago after only

Previous service was performed 7 months ago after only 1000 miles. Expected an oil change but ended up spending $950 for a variety of other “necessary” service. Was also told another $1600 was needed soon and to start setting aside money for that now. I think we were duped.

One of the best car buying experiences I've had.

One of the best car buying experiences I've had. The team is great. Attentive without being overbearing. Answers every question honestly and thoroughly, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Even with being down a couple of salespeople you couldn't tell because it never felt like my presence was an imposition. Jason, the GM, is absolutely fantastic.

I have been going to Mini of Towson (and it's predecessor

I have been going to Mini of Towson (and it's predecessor organization) for over 15 years. I am on my second mini cooper serviced there. The service team has been consistently terrific. Recently, I worked with Wayne who was thorough and efficient in reviewing my routine service along with added needs. He kept me informed of the status on a multiple day service need. I continue to go back and refer friends. Thank you all for being my Cooper Heros!
