Review of 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman Servicing

Best vehicle servicing in my entire life (I am 67 years old). The Mini of Towson Service Department was very professional throughout the service appointment and provided EXPERT explanation of 2 significant repairs I needed to accomplish in the near future: Water pump pully found to have some cracks and the guibo in the All Wheel Drive linkage had some cracks, too. SUPERB explanation by the Service Department of these 2 emerging repairs that I will get accomplished soon. My sincere thanks to the Mini of Towson Service Department for their thoroughness in finding these 2 needed repairs. I am most pleased with the service appointment to also perform an oil change. Always a pleasant experience

I purchased my 2013 Mini from Mini of Towson when they were still Mini of Baltimore in Owings Mills. In the ten years I've owned the car, I've never taken it anywhere else for service. I know I can trust the work to be done right the first time, every time. The people are wonderful to deal with, always helpful, always courteous, always friendly.

They told me something was fixed when it wasn’t, they

They told me something was fixed when it wasn’t, they didn’t wash my car, and wouldn’t let me leave, because the printer was broken and they couldn’t print the paperwork.

I was 6 hours from home and the yellow engine icon came

I was 6 hours from home and the yellow engine icon came on the screen and the engine lost power and was running rough. Time was running short for getting home and tending to the limping Mini Countryman. Luckily, I was connected with Wayne Luberecki who just said, "Bring the car in." Things went smoothly and quickly and the Mini was ready in about 24 hours. I don't know who Wayne tasked to do the engine work, but the engine runs smooth and has its power back and the warning icon is gone. I am indebted to Wayne for his efficiency and plesent manner. MINI of Towdon

I had a wonderful experience buying a new two-door hardtop MINI at MINI of Towson. Scott Mason answered my questions with patience and precision. He asked questions that helped me gain clarity on my needs/wants/requirements. Before purchasing a new MINI I considered buying a used MINI and Scott found one that met my needs/requirements. Scott was the right balance between patient and persistent when it took me days (or longer) to get back to him. I understood what I was buying, the process for buying it, and how to pay cash. Alex, the finance manager, was backed up the day I came in with my check. Scott told me that he would get the signatures and review the paperwork. If he hadn't mentioned that it was the first time he was subbing for Alex, I would have assumed he was an old pro at the paperwork. I had a wonderful experience. Scott made buying my MINI a happy occasion.

Sudden disabled car while on vacation, and though I

Sudden disabled car while on vacation, and though I bought my car from Mini of Towson 17 years ago, I have been mostly living abroad and/or out of town. They welcomed me and my beloved old gal back instantly. Though the project was more than either of had hoped, I was kept in the loop and every accommodation was made to get this old beast safely back on the road. Couldn't be happier with Allen and the entire service department at Mini of Towson.
