I was 6 hours from home and the yellow engine icon came
I was 6 hours from home and the yellow engine icon came on the screen and the engine lost power and was running rough. Time was running short for getting home and tending to the limping Mini Countryman. Luckily, I was connected with Wayne Luberecki who just said, "Bring the car in." Things went smoothly and quickly and the Mini was ready in about 24 hours. I don't know who Wayne tasked to do the engine work, but the engine runs smooth and has its power back and the warning icon is gone. I am indebted to Wayne for his efficiency and plesent manner. MINI of Towdon
I had a wonderful experience buying a new two-door hardtop MINI at MINI of Towson. Scott Mason answered my questions with patience and precision. He asked questions that helped me gain clarity on my needs/wants/requirements. Before purchasing a new MINI I considered buying a used MINI and Scott found one that met my needs/requirements. Scott was the right balance between patient and persistent when it took me days (or longer) to get back to him. I understood what I was buying, the process for buying it, and how to pay cash. Alex, the finance manager, was backed up the day I came in with my check. Scott told me that he would get the signatures and review the paperwork. If he hadn't mentioned that it was the first time he was subbing for Alex, I would have assumed he was an old pro at the paperwork. I had a wonderful experience. Scott made buying my MINI a happy occasion.

Sudden disabled car while on vacation, and though I
Sudden disabled car while on vacation, and though I bought my car from Mini of Towson 17 years ago, I have been mostly living abroad and/or out of town. They welcomed me and my beloved old gal back instantly. Though the project was more than either of had hoped, I was kept in the loop and every accommodation was made to get this old beast safely back on the road. Couldn't be happier with Allen and the entire service department at Mini of Towson.

Customer Service is horrible
We purchased a mini with the maintenance package and were advised by sales that it can be refunded once you sell the vehicle. We sold the vehicle and have been trying to get the $1000 refund from Towson since August. It’s been excuse after excuse. I have called Mini corporate and filed a complaint with the BBB two weeks ago. I’m still waiting. I don’t recommend this dealership. Go elsewhere!

Clear and Friendly
I came for an oil change but service found a problem with the sway bar and cupped tires. Normally I would be very skeptical of a claim that there is more of a problem but the service man sent me a very clear video and explanation of what he was seeing and why it mattered. Allen, who I believe is the service manager explained it to me with friendliness and patience. He also gave me a clear view of what to expect with costs and time. I was sad to find that my car needed at bit more than I expected but the staff made it less painful and took care of the car. I very much appreciate that.
