Mini inspection

I had a very good experience here at Mini of Towson! I had purchased elsewhere but they helped me to get a Maryland inspection and even helped me with all the bells a whistles I couldn?t understand from just the manual!!

Service Repair

The service manager and technicians were extremely tenacious to discover the source of a problem that had no apparent cause. They did solve the issue and had a great outcome. It would have been easy to throw up their hands but they didn?t and solved the issue with good humor to boot!

Online purchase

I did purchase this vehicle out of state, sight unseen. The sales process was not as smooth as I am typically used to and not sure if this was because I was working with the used side of the business or because I was an out of state buyer or maybe both? I was left continually having to reach out to determine next steps and timing. Although I was told on several occasions there there was nothing wrong with the car (10k miles). When it arrived, there was a large gash in one of the rims and the drivers rearview mirror was cracked and glued back together. Still waiting to see how this we be taken care of? hopefully soon, but again? unless I reach out, I don?t hear anything back.

Towson Mini maintenance and service visit

This was a great visit. Allen, the service rep was excellent. We have a small problem with our adaptive cruise control, and he worked hard to identify it and explain it to us. We're very satisfied. There was virtually no waiting and they even supplied me a ride to work. This is the way a car service appointment should feel. Well done!

MIni of Towson is the bomb!! The service is always professional, Allen always makes me feel that I matter. My new experience with Michael in sales was wonderful. I am awaiting my built 2023 Mini to deliver in the coming months!!

Mini of Towson

A tree fell across all lanes of the 95 freeway requiring that I drive ve over the top branches. Once on the other side the csar was driving ruff and I had it towed to Towson mini 30 min before closing . They were extremely empathetic with my emergent situation. They did a preliminary diagnosis paid for alit to take me to the nearest hotel. Called the next morning giving me the full plan, and the mini was ready by 1pm which was check out time from the hotel.

customer service, quality work

Service manager worked with me to get me best possible price for repairs and provided me a loaner to facilitate my commuting. They kept the car until the work was completed, not rushing the jobs required.
