Service

I will not be going back. I felt uncomfortable with the guy that was helping me I felt like I did not belong there. He was not that friendly like the other people with the other customers waiting for service. I will take my business elsewhere.

easy to make a reservation, back and force communication about what's going on and clear timeline to pick up the car. Patient to explain the questions. Good place to have service

Service

I haven't taken my Mini any other service center since buying my car. Service is great ??. The repairs I have not had trouble with any of them when done. Explain the issue and review the problem each time with you. The service representative Allen is the BEST. Tells me the best plan of action. Always pleasant and kind. If he ever leaves I may consider going elsewhere. He's great! Thank you for the opportunity to let you know.

Stay Fast, not Furious

Great customer service and better yet honest. If I’m having car problem Allan always gives me a step by step breakdown of the analysis that the team at Mini of Towson found under the hood. After its all fixed, I even get a video of a walk through, highlighting what was fixed and an explanation. If you drive a mini and want the best repair, look no further than Mini of Towson.

Two thumbs up

From the purchase of my Mini in 2020 to my routine maintenance appointments, the staff has been fantastic! I was even able to get in quickly when I ran over a nail and had a slow leak. They go above to make it as easy and quickly as possible.

Great Customer Service

Always great one-on-one service which makes me feel confident that my car is getting the service it needs. The team always explains what is needed in a clear way. The video inspections are also nice.

I purchased my Mini with help from Michael Edwards. I cannot say enough about his ability to go above and beyond basic sales service. He rallied his team to make sure I had everything I needed for my visit to run smoothly and quickly. I cannot stress enough that this whole team really did an awesome job taking care of me!
