2021 Mini Cooper

Service expensive for front brake pads only at $450 but customer. Also my car only has 22,000 miles on it?.why are brake pads due. I barely drive it. It?s housed most times in my garage

Out of their element?

I came in to look at and purchase a BMW and was paired with two enthusiastic, but inexperienced sales agents. I understand, however, that BMWs are not the expertise of this dealership. The CarFax indicated that the vehicle had never been in any accidents, but rear passenger door had a large and pretty noticeable dent from a sideswipe. I was told that this had already been factored in to the price. I also understand that the windshield had been replaced -- which also supports that the vehicle may have been in an accident and making the CarFax presented to me inaccurate and outdated. The names of the banks that approved me for loans were not shared with me during the financing portion of my visit; the bank was chosen for me, leaving little transparency to this process. The vehicle wasn't cleaned or detailed (which added an extra two hours to the time I spent at the dealership) and because my agents were inexperienced in sales and experiences with BMWs (or simply unwilling to impart knowledge) I was left to my own devices to connect to Bluetooth and learn the car's amenities. I ended up returning and requesting help pairing with Bluetooth. I must say, though, that the detail on the vehicle was top-notch. Best part of the experience. Overall, nice people, fantastic detailers, but below average sales experience.

Yearly maintenance

I was very pleased. I was met by a service representative within minutes of arriving. Communication was clear. The repairs were more than expected, yet realistic.

Mini of Towson Service

Allen Rolocut has been my service manager for over ten years. He has unlimited knowledge of service plans and insurance. I would not trust my Mini to anyone but Allen. Trust is earned not given and I have learned to trust Allen. Well done!

Amazing Experience

The buying experience was easy and Matt was fantastic. I used the website to plan the car and was able to use the dealership for the final purchase and day of items. Mini of Towson was knowledgeable and on time with information. Excellent buying experience and I would buy another car from them!
