I love these guys. I've been coming here since 2014 and they always go above and beyond to take good care of me. And Allen (and Yoni before he moved to BMW) RELIABLY went out of their way to make things as easy as possible whenever I need to come in.

Wayne Luberecki was exceptional when it came to keeping me posted on the status of my 2012 Mini Cooper when it was delivered to the shop after an incident. He was prompt, friendly, and always updating with pictures, information as to damage, and answering all questions I had. Wonderful service advisor!!

Allen Rolocut was a ROCKSTAR during my recent service call to Mini of Towson. He was professional and courteous. He worked directly with my insurance provider to work out the repair and cost details. Allen handled my car repairs even though we were out of town. We were able to have our loaner transported by a friend when the car was complete. He handled all of the information by cell phone and kept us informed of the repairs needed. They needed the car for several days. It was nice to see the car safe and sound in our garage by cell phone. Cell phones are good but mini service department is great!

I highly recommend Mr. Allen Rolocut as a service manager at MINI of Baltimore County. He truly understands his customer’s needs and is a great communicator. He lays out a plan for every service visit so you always know exactly what is going on. He’s a big reason why we are now a three MINI family!
