Good friendly service.

I liked the friendly environment and fast service. The car was in perfect condition and the paperwork was fast and easy. I got a good deal with my car.

Stealing oil to save money!

I had my car serviced when it reached 10,000 miles. Part of the service included a complimentry oil change. After I drove home over 100 miles, I checked the oil to find it was down a liter of oil. I left a message of my dissatifaction on Sheppard's answering machine and recieved a call back three day's later with a message on my phone that went something like this. "Hi, my name is John R____. It is my job to call back people like you, Oh, that didn't sound right, ........" Well John, it's people like me who have bought three new cars from Sheppard Motors that keep you in business. The last thing I expected was for your company to steal a liter of oil from me in order to save a little money! MY RECOMMENDATION IS NEVER GET YOUR OIL CHANGED AT SHEPPARD MOTORS.

Happy...Again!

If you are heading to Sheppards Hyundai I recommnd first asking for Charlie & Theresagoing when the doors first open. There is always someone wanting to snatch up that little beauty for their own. This is our families second Hyundai Accent. At Hyundai you get cash discount for being a repeat buyer. We had a 2014 & 2016 both in white...love the new interior car seat fabric used in the 2016.

Good experience of buying Hyundai in Oregon.

I am satisfied with the buying experience at the Sheppard. People were nice, friendly, and professional. If I choose to buy Hyundai again and if I live in Eugene, then I will go to Sheppard to get one!

Awesome!!!!

Kenneth is amazing and very personable. He took the time to show me several cars but did not use the phrase "what do I have to do to get you into this car today" which was wonderful. If you want a personable experience, awesome choices and no pressure go see Kenneth.

A very satisfied customer

Everyone at Sheppard Hyundai is very nice. I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle from them. The salesman took his time answering all my questions and going over the different features of the cars that I was looking at. And that's why I decided to buy a vehicle from Sheppard Hyundai.

Experience buying a new car

Good place to do business, professional, friendly. Answered my questions. Liked the car for the price. Had a good test drive and the car was prepped to my satisfaction. Worked With and was comfortable with Teresa Delong (Internet Manager) on the deal. She was friendly and professional and answered all my questions.
