Carlsbad Ford

My husband and I purchased a Ford F-250 and we couldn't be more happy! We didn't expect to purchase a vehicle the same day we went out to look, but we couldn't pass up the rebates and interest rate. The staff members were welcoming and very easy to work with. Overall, we had a great experience with purchasing our new truck from Carlsbad Ford!

Our check engine lite came on in our motor home (a E450 engine)just as we drove by. We turned in & we were diagnosed within minutes by Eno. We were allowed to stay on their lot overnight till it was fixed the next day (which it was early). Eno found a clogged fuel filter that he also repaired. The rest of our trip to Oregon was totally successful because of Carlsbad Ford, you & your wonderful employees did us a great service!

This is the 3rd time I have been asked to review the same visit, both from Ford and the dealership. I had the right side mirror replaced on my 2014 Ford F150 which was damaged at a car wash. The ordered part arrived the next day after ordering and was installed within 25-30 minutes. I was very satisfied with the prompt service.

We have now purchased two new vehicles from Carlsbad Ford and they have been great both during and after the sale. We shopped with large dealers within a 500 mile radius of us and found the best deal and people right here at home. We will continue shopping at Carlsbad Ford from now on.
