My wife and I have purchased six vehicles from Mike Estep. He is always fun to work with and makes the experience worth the time of going to Mathews Ford.

The only problem I had was I bought a trade in and they never inspected the vehicle. All they did was detail. When I realized I didn’t get a car fax to check service records they didn’t provide one but did change my oil and top off fluids. Also wheel bearings in rear end are going bad. My thing is don’t sell a vehicle that hasn’t even been inspected it was traded in 2 days prior but still should have been first thing they did before detail. It’s my lack of experience In not getting car fax and making sure it had been serviced prior to buying. Good customer service though good people.
