Oil change, tire rotation and free car wash

Excellent customer service from the whole team dated 1/23/2018. Service team was quick to approach as I rolled up, courteous, listened to my concerns and serviced my car at a reasonable price and timely manner. DJ in Sales still remembered my name after 4 months and asked me how my car was running and handling the snow. James always came by to check on me and have Quick small talks with me. Appreciate you all. WOW customer experience everytime I come by.

Great Service

Over the years we have had our Lexus HS250H, we have had it serviced at Larry Miller Lexus of Spokane and never had a problem with their high quality of work or the Great Service Department! Noe Longoria is the Service Manager I have always worked with and he is honest, knowledgeable and willing to work with my time frame for the service needed! The reason for this service visit was two recall notices that needed to be done along with a oil change.

55k service for rav4

easy to schedule online and comfirtable waiting room gir approx 1.5 hr service. car cleaned, service explained, excellent service adviser(asa). have used these guys before with other cars!

Always easy to schedule service. Asa is very accommodating and friendly. He listens and knows what needs to be done. Service is efficient. Like the shuttle service. Good customer service all around

60,000 mile check up.

Appointment was timely and finished when they said it would be. Washed it and reviewed in detail what was done to the car. Waiting area and bathrooms very clean. Sodas and cookies available which is a big hit for me.

Great service

My car had an airbag recall. I called to set an appointment which was scheduled sooner than i anticipated. I asked for a loaner vehicle and was told they would reserve one for me. Upon arrival for my appt., the dealer service agent was friendly and efficient. He directed me to desk for my loaner vehicle. I received a call sooner than expected that my vehicle was done. Great efficient service. Thx

Its worth the trip!

My wife and I have owned Lexus sedans and SUVs for years -- and have loved every one. Now that we're retired (but still traveling a lot) in Montana, Larry H. Miller Lexus is our go-to dealer. We're delighted with the purchase of our 2017 RX 350, and the follow-on service. The sales and service teams could not be more expert and professional, or willing to go the extra distance to help us schedule a major service visit.
