Great!

We purchased our RX from this dealership and have come back for all of our service needs. The entire staff has been very friendly and helpful. We live 8 hours away in MT and have always felt our experience with the staff worth the drive.

Used Lexus ES350

DJ Boehm was fantastic and easy to work with. Sales approach with DJ and Larry H. Miller is reasonable and respectful. It was a pleasure doing business with DJ and dealership. Would highly recommend.

Straight forward honest pleasant experience.

DJ was very easy to work with and drove 3 hours to meet us to deliver the vehicle. He knew his vehicles and made recommendations accordingly.

Just Ok customer service

The work gets done. But the employees seem unhappy creating a cool (not warm) unhappy environment. In fact one service writer I spoke with said they are simply putting in their time. Nice building though.

Sub par

I don't normally complain but I expect things to be better at the LEXUS dealership. The exterior wash was sub par and after arriving home I noticed my tires were not rotated. I also did not get a copy of the work performed for the 10,000 mile check up.

The people at Larry H Miller are great.

We were having battery trouble. Asa took charge and made sure that we would have no future problems. Our bill, after several hours, came to zero dollars.
