I leased a UX 250h. My salesperson was Lisa Borrego and she explained everything to me in great detail, and I was able to test drive a car before buying. The transaction went smoothly and there were no surprises of any kind. Car was delivered at the promised time and exactly as specified. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new Lexus.

Have been a service customer for 16 years. Always happy...

Have been a service customer for 16 years. Always happy with the work and the personnel. My most recent visit eroded my trust in their ability to take responsibility when the technician makes an error. Not only did they not acknowledge their mistake, but instead came up with an alternative reason for the issue (which was false) AND CHARGED ME FOR IT. They have offered to refund the charge, but it has been 16 business days and a phone call and I have yet to see it. Disappointed that, after all these years, I was treated this way. No apology, no refund, no responsibility, no trust. Great coffee and an Uber lift don't compensate for trust.
