The service for this dealership is horrible!

The service for this dealership is horrible! If I could give them no stars I would. My car was brought to them in for an engine replacement. I ended up getting it approved for a free replacement which was great. But my car is still sitting in their lot to this day!! The service advisors continue to give me false information and every week they push the completion date farther. I understand the shop may be busy but do not accept cars if it would take you almost 2 months to fix. Especially if the original time frame you give your customer is 3-4 weeks. They are unorganized, unethical and they will literally play in your face about your vehicle that you work hard for. Don’t waste your time.

My experience of buying a new car at Matthews Kia of

My experience of buying a new car at Matthews Kia of Schenectady was so much easier than I had anticipated. In the past purchasing a new car was painful. Hours of back and forth etc. Not so today. Eljawon A. was helpful, knowledgeable and relaxed and I didn't feel any pressure what so ever. And he was very responsive in using the text format for communication. Very efficient in my opinion. I will absolutely recommend Matthews Kia of Schenectady to any one and everyone who asks about my awesome EV6.

Jason did a wonderful job in negotiating me an amazing deal for SIX, yes, SIX, hours! Not only was he diligent in his approach in getting me a vehicle I liked, but when it came down to the finish line and we had to adjust, he fought tooth and nail until closing time to get me into something that I would still love!
