Was asked to come in for an appraisal for my 2018 Kia

Was asked to come in for an appraisal for my 2018 Kia Forte, which was purchased under the Fucillo banner. They offered me a trade to a 2020, which I accepted. The new car has several issues the previous did not. Now I have to wait a month for them to service the issue which is incessant beeping from the passenger seat sensor and incessant rattling from the passenger speaker. Neither problem were an issue in the previous car. Fucillo also took my car in in a relatively timely fashion if an issue did arise. I gotta say as of right now, I feel like I shouldn't have trusted the new banner and I feel like I've been taken advantage of. The review may change if they actually address the issues but we'll have to wait a month for that.
