Like most dealerships they tell you want you want to hear

Like most dealerships they tell you want you want to hear but in the end they are not giving you anything. Kia could not say exactly what the car came with, nor could the dealership. Disappointing

This is my third Kia from this location, the last two

This is my third Kia from this location, the last two were leases. I was just glancing at the showroom while my current car was being serviced. Since I only had 4 months until my lease expired, Andrew told me about some options I could do now and was so informative I was inspired to get a new lease early. Andrew showed me the new choices I had and explained the options. Once I made my choice, Andrew handled everything (DMV, insurance, etc.) Once my new car was ready, he explained how the instruments worked, answered my questions, gave me his card and offered to answer any future questions. He was very efficient, patient, and professional. Definitely an employee Matthews can be proud of. And I should also give a positive shout out to his brother Andre, who showed me the same excellent service at my previous lease three years ago. Thanks guys.
