I filled out the online deal maker according to my trade....
I filled out the online deal maker according to my trade. I called to verify that everything I input looked accurate. They confirmed. I set the appointment to come in to make the deal snd so they could look over the car. The number was beyond insulting. I asked to see the manager so I go could ask where he got this number from. He came over with some sarcasm like I was bothering him for buying a car. His response to when I questioned the trade value. “It needs tires”. I agreed it needed tires. I let him know even with tires the number was still far too low. I gave him examples and proof to which I’m savvy with the car market. He looked at me with his smug face and didn’t care. I left and instantly made a deal with destination Kia. 50$ Less per month. Same car, package, miles, etc. Moral of the story- Do your research and be sharp on your game or they will pull one over on you. They lost a sale that sale and any potential sales in the future. I don’t recommend.

Michelle Lindeman was terrible when I went in to look for...
Michelle Lindeman was terrible when I went in to look for a car. She couldn’t answer my questions and she was rude when I suggested that someone might be able to. I honestly have been a loyal customer for years but after that interaction I left and got a new Nissan down the road. I would not your dealership to anyone based on her inexperience and not really knowing anything about the cars. She could never work for me. I hope for you and the success of your future that she doesn’t stay because she is terrible.

I went into the dealership to test drive a car they had just received on the truck. Michelle helped us right away and she was wonderful. The sales manager as well as Michelle were able to get me into that car the same day within my budget. 10/10 experience.
