Sales were good although they sold me a car that was more
Sales were good although they sold me a car that was more than I wanted to pay for. Financing talked me into gap insurance which come to find out. I did not need and wanted to cancel. Never got a phone call back in the time. Allow for cancellation so one star for financing department.

My experience with Justin and Creed was NOT a positive
My experience with Justin and Creed was NOT a positive experience. My car was delivered with HAIL damage and these guys realized they screwed up. They stated they will make it right by picking my car up and to use their "In-house PDR repair" folks to fix the major damage. Since my car was delivered as a "damaged" after the fact, I asked for monetary compensation and PDR repair for a "HAIL damaged" car for which that went no where. They stated I either let them pick up my car to fix the damage or they will only send me a $500 check for me to make the repairs myself. That was absurd as the damage was far greater than $500 as there was extensive hail damage on the hood, side panels and roof of vehicle. I finally gave up and let them PDR my vehicle. When returned, it was not perfect as there were still some minor dings on the hood and roof but I was tired of dealing with these folks. Good luck if you plan to do business with this car dealership.

While our team did attempt to resolve the situation through paintless dent repair and offered additional support, we acknowledge that the outcome fell short of your expectations. You should never have had to go through such a drawn-out process to address an issue that should have been caught and corrected before delivery. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. Your feedback is taken seriously and will be used to help improve how we handle quality control, communication, and customer resolution moving forward.
While the salesman was good with communication it fell
While the salesman was good with communication it fell short after. I was doing a remote purchase on a Used 2018 Lincoln. The car was basically represented correctly minus a few things but acceptable. However, I was promised a 4pm phone appointment with their finance/business department. Evan called me at 4:30pm. I was a cash purchase so mostly everything went smoothly other than his “Evan’s” rude behavior when I elected to not buy a ridiculously overpriced extended warranty. Then the electronic paperwork was wrong and included a lien holder on it for a cash purchase. The salesperson Justin told me that the delivery driver would do an early morning departure. I assumed that meant something before 8:30. That was my mistake by 10:30 I hadn’t heard anything from anyone on the day of delivery. Then the delivery driver finally called with an ETA of 3pm. I’m only 3.5 hrs from this dealership so dunno why that took so long. Anyway Justin - 5 stars always communicated and tried his best. Evan - 2 stars due to rudeness and poorly prepared paperwork. Delivery - 3 stars as they met the criteria but I had to ask Justin again for communication so as to make arrangements.

We also regret that your interaction with our finance representative felt discourteous, especially during what should be a straightforward and respectful process—regardless of warranty choices.
