I paid nearly $300 for a diagnosis that I never got. They had my car for several days and could never figure out the issue and when I requested a refund I was ignored.

Kimberly, although your complaint was "I paid nearly $300 for a diagnosis that I never got", We did perform a comprehensive diagnostic on your vehicle which revealed over 40 Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), primarily related to low voltage issues. During our investigation, we found that the battery state of charge was under 50%, with a voltage of 11.8V. We thoroughly checked both the main and auxiliary batteries, both of which passed our tests. Although you mentioned that the batteries were replaced in June, we still reset the battery sensor data and confirmed that the alternator was properly charging the system. After clearing all DTCs, we conducted a thorough road test exceeding 150 miles, and the issues did not reoccur. I apologize for any frustration caused, and we are committed to addressing any concerns you might have. If you have further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out directly.

Yes your dealership did all the diagnostic testing. No one refutes that. What I am saying in this review is that after a total of almost 14 days at your dealership we still have a broken down vehicle sitting in our driveway because within 31 miles of picking the vehicle up the SECOND time, the car threw all the same codes and almost stranded the whole family on the side of the road. The issue is we paid for a diagnosis and still have a car with issues that your technicians COULD NOT IDENTIFY. We contacted the service advisor immediately after the car malfunctioned again but got NO REPLY. So no, we did not get a diagnosis and paid almost $300 for some codes to be cleared.
