I’m not sure how contacting the GM will solve the issue. I sold you my beautiful 2019 Ford Ranger in excellent condition with the title in hand and 10 days and counting, I am still waiting for my check. Interesting way of doing business. I sell you a vehicle that is paid for and the customer has to wait and wait and wait??? First and last time doing business with this company.

Nice, clean environment with nice staff. Pricing is too expensive, even after the actual price came in lower than the quoted price. Quoted price was an absolute gouge, actual price was just ridiculous. I won't be having regular service done there again.

The car buying experience was almost too easy here.
The car buying experience was almost too easy here. Having been in the automotive world myself for over 30 years, I never expected the excellent treatment my wife and I received from Auto Nation Mazda. Our salesperson, Fred Bandi, also has many years experience in the business. The professional courtesy given to us was exceptional. My wife and I knew what we wanted when we walked onto the lot, and already knew that they had two of the exact model with everything we were looking for there. We were allowed to walk around for a bit without being immediately jumped upon by a pushy salesperson. Once we found the right car, I looked up, and Fred was on his way to help us. We wanted to test drive first. Our car was buried a few rows in, but there was the same car in a different color more readily available. Once he got the keys, he took photos of my driver's license and handed me the keys. He let us test drive the car by ourselves. No pressure, no hype, no worries. "Here you go folks! Park it straight in when you get back.". The only time I've had this happen was when I actually worked at the dealership that I wanted to buy a car from. What an amazing way to start a relationship! We immediately fell in love with the vehicle, but had another brand in mind to compare it to. When we got back, we told Fred that we had another brand to look at. He handed us his card (with his personal phone number hand written on it), thanked us and told us he'd work with us on the vehicle we wanted when we came back. Again, no pressure. He let us walk away without any hard selling at all. We did test drive that other brand. The CX-5 sold itself on the other brand's drive. That evening I called Fred (on his personal phone) to ask if he would be working the following day. We wanted to drive the actual car we were looking to purchase. He said he was, and would have it out and ready to test when we came in. When we got there the next day, there it was, out and ready. Once again, Fred handed us the keys and left us to it. I don't know if it was because we knew what we wanted, but there was never any pressure for anything. We got the car we wanted, a Mazda Signature CX-5 Turbo in the Soul Red Crystal paint. The car is amazing. As I said at the beginning... It was almost too easy to buy a car here. If we ever decide to buy another Mazda, and believe me, we may someday, we will definitely be going to Auto Nation Mazda.

The service person I usually see was not there.
The service person I usually see was not there. Instead was Jeremy who was trying to sell me on extra costly additives I had never heard of before. Upon my basic service I was told my front brakes would need to be done at next service. When I returned to pick up my car I was told they were already working on the brakes I did not authorize to be done. Not happy with this as I did not have the money.

Wheel Alignment
I've had my 2015 Mazda 3 serviced by AutoNation (formerly Bob Baker Mazda) on several occasions. I like to use them because the staff is friendly - this time Max and George - and feel they listen to me. The repairs are done correctly and I think their pricing is reasonable. A bonus feature is the video they send after the repairs are completed. It shows my car from whatever section work was accomplished, e.g., under the chassis, engine compartment, etc. The video is narrated by a service tech (Jose). I find this to be a helpful tool of the service department and believe AutoNation is committed to keeping their customers coming back. Thanks to all who made my visit enjoyable.
