AutoNation Mazda Carlsbad

Service remains great now that Autonation has assumed management of the Service department at Bob Baker Mazda. They solved my problem quickly and when I disputed one of the charges, they listened to me, saw things my way and gave me a refund. Max was my service agent and I also worked with Chris, the service manager. Both were polite and respectful at all times. I will be returning to Mazda Carlsbad for future service requirements. Big thanks to Max and Chris for chasing down my refund.

The people in the service department are always helpful and friendly. This time, Colin was my service person. He explained the services well and was very conscious about getting my repairs and service done as quickly as possible. He also helped me the week before when I drove up with a loose part of the wheel well trim. He found the screw needed to hold it down and I didn’t need to drive to an event with it hanging off!

Collin is a big reason for returning to AutoNation Carlsbad! He goes that extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of!

Appointments are easy to make, customer service is always top notch, there is always care and consideration for how much services will cost and what I can afford to spend at that time, the waiting room is comfortable and I've always been able to borrow a loaner if they service is going to be a while.

Colin, my service advisor kept me informed though out the service process and went above and beyond (in my opinion) to make sure everything was communicated and that I was supported.

When I had my Cx-5 serviced, there was a problem with the front brakes that had been missed I contacted my Service Advisor, Colin, and he was apologetic and told me to bring it back in and they would re-diagnose the problem and take care of the problem no matter the cost. They gave me a "loaner car" for the day. When I picked up my car the service they did was stellar. the vibration was fixed and all costs were paid by the dealership. My service advisor made all things right. Autonation knows how to keep good clients. I am very impressed with the way in which the problem was solved and I will continue to bring my CX-5 to Autonation.

This was the best experience ever!!! I want to thank Clayton Cervantes for his outstanding customer service, knowledge on cars, and he's just a great human being!!! The finance department was great too! I dealt with Kendall and the process was so smooth! It was nice being able to take a car home that evening!!! I will be returning to Mazda carlsbad in the near future!!

Everything went great basic oil change tire rotation in and out. Did not wait too long

Max and team are the best. I've been having my Mazda serviced here for years, they always do a great job! Highly recommended.
