Here is my most honest review that I can give.

Here is my most honest review that I can give. But in summary, I will never ever return to your Doge/Jeep/Fiat dealership tried. I really tried to schedule my car to be serviced via the online service scheduler. After several minutes searching for it, I found it at the very bottom of a very long web page. After submitting my information, it made the appointment at the BMW of Encinitas. But since it was being moved to Carlsbad and my car is a Dodge. My appointment was cancelled. After many tries, I give up and called your service phone number, but nobody answered after letting ring on and on and on and on and on, finally going to voicemail. I took a day off work to go the service department at the Dodge dealership in Carlsbad. But they did not have a part and could not service my car that day. I made an appointment for the next week. After leaving the dealership, the service manager called me and told me that I had to return and pre-pay for a $70 filter that they did not have. The cashier and the service manager argued about needing some approval for the part and I waited until the service manager finally returned with a new form and I paid for the part. I took off yet another day of work and I arrived a half hour before my appointment. There is not line for the appointment so I had to get into one of the two lanes. I told one of the service people that I had an appointment and he informed one of the service managers. The car in from of me needed to leave and I backed out a little so he could get his car out of line. Two other cars in the other lane cut in front of me. Nobody did anything about it and I have to wait a full hour before a service manager re-took my information. My service should have only taken two hours to perform, but my car was not done after five and a half hours after my arrival at the service center. There were only two out of five service managers that day and they were very very busy. The service manager forgot that I had already pre-paid for the filter last week and after reminding him of it several times, I finally paid over $500 dollars bring the total cost of the service to over $600.00. The next time my Dodge car needs dealer service, I will be driven past Carlsbad to go over 50 miles to San Diego or some other city that does not have an AutoNation Dodge dealership.

2015 Jeep wrangler

Jeep was running hot so took in to get checked out. Since it is my daughters daily driver they knew it was important to get it looked at quickly and were able to fit me in the next day.

Didn't know firsthand that Truck service was being done at another garage, was not easy to find without multiple calls to Autonation!!

Called to have my 2010 Jeep Wrangler transfer case shift

Called to have my 2010 Jeep Wrangler transfer case shift cable fixed and was told they do not have the tools to fix a vehicle that old. Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and FIAT only work on vehicles 10 years old and newer

Called Carlsbad Dodge to make an appointment for

Called Carlsbad Dodge to make an appointment for maintenance on my truck in mid-May, was told that there would be no appointments until June 1st. I then stopped by the dealership maintenance department June 5th, and they weren't organized enough to be able to help me with my problems. However, I asked them to give me a price to replace two of my fobs(Ignition keys)for my three-quarter ton dodge they quoted me a price of $750 for two fobs and then to program it. I told them that I would need to verify the prices that they quoted me at other dodge dealers. I was just looking to be treated fairly, however with further discussions I found out that automation has raised their prices across the board and are actually not really competitive with other dealers.

I am a RAM1500 eco diesel owner.

I am a RAM1500 eco diesel owner. Since two years ago, called for service, no one answered the calls. Left messages no one called back. Two years later, I called again for service for the engine light was on. No one answered, directed to txt. After long wait, they texted back telling me they had transferred me to their Oceanside center. Then much later, another text, asking for the VIN. Gave VIN, then quickly for response: sorry we don't take new customers. The persons texted me are Tianna Pearson, and Emily Dufficy. Wonderful dealership! Highly recommended! Totally shocked!

Fixed my car on time as promised, everyone polite and

Fixed my car on time as promised, everyone polite and friendly, but a souvenir attached to my key fob magically disappeared during the process.... my mailbox key didn't "fall off" but my brass US Navy souvenir coin vanished... was told "sorry, we will look around for ya" somebody got sticky fingers there ...
