Got the repairs I needed! Jeep is running great.

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in because of a ticking sound from the lifters. My service technician was able to fit me in for an appointment even though online the next appointment wasn't available for over 2 months. He was able to get in touch with the warranty department and communicated with me about what would be covered and that as soon as he got the ok from warranty, he was ready to authorize the repairs and get my Jeep back to me.

I believe once they’re fully staffed they will be a great

I believe once they’re fully staffed they will be a great service dealer to go to. I know the service advisor that helped me was doing his best working with an extremely high work load. I really appreciate the service advisor and i will go back to him once they get better with staffing=service time=quality service.

This dealership, not only the salesman Ali, who is great, but the whole team took a big interest in me. No request was too small. They answered a million questions patiently and expertly and they got me a dream car. They even answered a million more questions and held the same interest AFTER I had already bought the car--how bout that! I could not be more excited about my next road trip!

Terrible. Calen was very rude and lied to me at least 3 times over the course of my repairs

Dealership is 100% better than it was under the previous owner/management, but still some work to do. spit the cashier and service tech jobs to give the tech more time to give better customer service

Took the car in for service.

Took the car in for service. Gave them a list of things we wanted them to check and issues we were having. got 1 phone call telling us what they found and what they were going to do. Told them to do that and asked if they had checked the other things on the list. They said maybe what they were doing would fix the problems. Got a call 5 days later (after calling to get an update) saying the car was ready. Still having similar issues as when we took it in, company had changed ownership, service got worse. Been buying cars from Bob Baker for years with good service, probably won't deal with new company.
